Hilton Residence Inn

Damn, I have a great bff!  She got the four of us 2 rooms at the newly opened Hilton Residence Inn in Santa Rosa.  We were trying to stay in Healdsburg but on account of the big bike race going on this past weekend, there was nowhere in Healdsburg with vacancies.  No worries though, our hotel was WAY nicer than any of the hotels in town.

The staff was relatively friendly, but the rooms were FANTASTIC!  Nice pillow top king size bed, fluffy pillows flat screen TV, a desk, ergonomically correct chair, microwave, coffee pot.

The hotel had all the amenities you would expect; a pool, spa, work-out room, a business office with internet access & a copy machine.  The place was a bit pricey, but she wanted to do my birthday up right! I heart her!

The only thing that was mildly annoying was the fire alarm that went off during our nap/recovery time from wine tasting all day!  We got over it & went off to eat at the most wonderful dinner ever...see my Willi's Wine bar review!

After dinner, we spent some time in the spa & pool practicing our Dirty Dancing water lifts (you remember the one I'm talking about, right? 'Nobody puts Baby in the corner').  Anyway, if you find yourself looking for a nice hotel to stay in the Santa Rosa area, try this place out!
