Stayed here with my sister the night before her wedding. Totally bright, clean and new. Great spacious rooms, and the staff was nice.
You can get room service from the 99 (in the same parking lot as the hotel) which is cool - better than crap hotel food!
The bartender was MIA but they let us BYOB on the patio (nice, with chairs and umbrella tables) till like 3am as long as we were quiet.
Great location right off Route 3 and 15 minute ride to the Sagamore Bridge to Cape Cod. Shopping is across the street (TJ Maxx/Homegoods, Sally Beauty, Off Broadway shoes, BJs, iParty, etc.) and restaurants (Friendlys, Panera, Uno, Starbucks, dunkin Donuts inside the gas station by the hotel).
Had a good experience staying here!
Most of the look of this place is very neutral and beige, including the hot water. You heard me right, the entire stay, if we used the hot water, it was light brown coming out of the tap.
The place looks brand new and it could be at least 4-5 stars, but the details cause this place to be a 2 star rating. Let's start with the fact that we reserved a king bed. We got 2 queens (no comments from the peanut gallery). Also driving to the hotel, we get a phone message. Upon calling the hotel back, we find out they are totally overbooked, we are not sure we will have a place to stay when we get there.
Checking in was rather quick and the facilities seem rather nice and even have an indoor pool. The front desk clerks were nice, and the offered everyone checking in bottled water (except for us).
Went up to the room and it is nice and comfortable. They do get points for the Neutrogena toiletries. But, again, the details. We couldn't get the complimentary internet to work and they couldn't either. The brown hot water, the clogged sower head, and the fact that the bottom of the shower curtain liner was yellow with that slimy frat-house fungus, doesn't help make you feel clean...
This place has potential...
I hope this trip to Provincetown ends up less disappoint in relation to what Plymouth had to offer on the way...
