This is a brand spankin' new property on Omaha's west side.  Very nice rooms, including the suite they upgraded me to!  Super helpful (if a bit young) staff.  Very nice breakfast in the morning and cookie service in the afternoons.

We live in Omaha, but I decided to book a room for DW and I for a night. The place is relatively very new in a not yet fully developed part of west omaha, so you won't have any stunning views. It is close to the Village Pointe shopping center (shoping and dining district), but not much else.  It is about 25 minutes from downtown Omaha and Eppley Airfield, so it is not close, in case you're wondering.

The place is modern and clean. The front desk staff were friendly, but seemed perplexed that I wanted to pay cash for room & tax (I did have a credit card on file for incidentals). We were placed in room 426 which faces northeast, looking over hwy 6 & some of Village Pointe. The room was decent and clean, but the bathroom was small (okay, so it's a hotel room). No in-room frills, just the usual desk, chair, lounge chair, etc.  These rooms do have a mini fridge and microwave, in case you need that sort of thing. One word of caution, the in-room coffee (Superior brand) is not good. Bring your own or get coffee elsewhere.

The bed has comfort dials on both sides, but I didn't feel any variance between the settings in the dial.

All in all, it was a decent hotel. They do have an indoor pool and in-house restaurant/bar in case you are interested. If you can help it, go over to eat at the great restaurants at Village Pointe.
