Hilton Garden Inn Omaha Downtown/Old Market Area

Amazing rooms. I loved it! Great pool hour times, and overall very nice hotel. Cute flooring. They even got computers that you can go on.

Great experience at this Hilton Garden. Nice clean room and no issues. Reason for the 4 stars.... Need better pillows... way too flat.

Great experience on check in. Liz checked me in, very efficient and very pleasant. I lost my room key and the next day I asked for a new key... great security when she asked for my ID to confirm my room number. I thanked her for checking my ID...

Great hotel, highly recommend.

Lifetime Hilton Diamond member. 200+ Hilton stays a year. The problem at this property is that the front desk personnel are officious, rude and unhelpful. They don't listen, they don't try to help. When you are unhappy and want to discuss something with them they're too busy multi-tasking to look at you, listen, and communicate. (Looking down at some other papers,etc.) The irony is that plastered all over the hotel is there slogan, "we'll make it right," but they won't even listen long enough to try.

Facility is fine, service is subpar...by a lot.

We had an excellent stay here Christmas night!! The staff was so super helpful, especially in finding open restaurants for us on a Holiday night! Thank you John !! We were also impressed with the friendly staff as we checked out ... thank you Chad!!
Overall we'd highly rate this hotel because every expectation was exceeded, the bed was super comfortable, super clean , and QUIET !

So many better hotels in are, $22 a day for hotel parking, they lied Said we get free breakfast, no free breakfast, pool is tiny, rooms outdated, service not great. Would not recommend staying here ever​

I was so impressed at this understated hotel. N9 matter what time you arrive there's always a friendly staff member. The pool was a little bit colder then 8 would like, but still had a great time. The best part was breakfast, super friendly staff, you have to meet Ella I believe her name is, she makes you feel so welcoming and keeps things hot and ready. The hotel was quiet and clean and every staff member was friendly no matter what time of the day. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for the college World Series and I was very pleased with our stay. It was walking distance from the field and has a starbucks and restaurants/bars in walking distance as well. The rooms were clean and just as pictured. If you're a light sleeper stay on top floors, we stayed on the second floor and could hear loud cars/sirens all night. If we ever come back to Omaha I would stay here again.

Be aware there is construction going on in the lobby, although none of the main amenities do not seem to be affected! Staff was nice and answered gave great recommendations for the area. Location is blocks from Old Market which is a great area with attractions for all.

Room was stocked with towels and clean.

I have stayed here twice now, and had pretty different experiences. My first visit was around Thanksgiving of last year, and we picked this place based on being a good spot to crash on our way in and out of the Amtrak terminal.

On arriving, we were greeted heartily by the front desk guy who was super chatty for the hour of day it was when we arrived (like 2am) and told us his whole life story. He found out we were Navy and gave us passes to breakfast in the morning which was really nice of him. We got to our room and slept like the dead. In the morning, we had complimentary breakfast at the restaurant which was very good, and the breakfast people were friendly and helpful.

On our second trip, I returned on a cross country trek with my dad the week of fourth of July. I used the Hilton honors app to book the room, check in and out, access the parking garage and access our room electronically which was very convenient. Our room was fine but the road noise was horrible! It seemed like we could hear every car radio, voice on the street and motorcycle revving for the whole stay. We woke up super exhausted.

It's amazing how starkly different two stays can be at the same hotel. At check out, the front desk lady was rushed, and was not friendly or helpful and was too distracted with other things to answer my questions. We were not given breakfast this time, I'm not sure what happened there ...

I would possibly be open to staying here again on another trek across the country, but I would definitely not stay on the side with room 300 with the horribly disruptive road noise. I do enjoy the restaurant on site as well as the wine bar across the street, but overall it's quite a bit of a gamble of what you get at this particular hotel. Such a shame too, great and convenient location and good room prices!
