Clean, quiet, free internet and comfortable. Can't ask for much more. Typical mid level hotel staff give the basic level of service and hope you don't bother them. The bed was comfortable and TV had enough channels.
Note: If you don't have a car and don't want to eat at TGI F's, you have to play Frogger crossing the highway to get to the places on the other side. -

Current pricing sets you back $179 (including tax). You get a basic room right beside a TGIF and you're 5 minutes from easy access to the highway. PLUS you get to miss the hotel entrance on the first visit which may be the most excitement you'll have in this part of the Garden State.
Basic room with a decent ergonomic chair. The business center has a small room with two PCs and a printer. Last week the temperature inside the room had to be approaching 85 degrees so you could head down there in a swimsuit and pretend you're in a sauna.
The orange from the bowl at the front desk was a few months old and had no more juice to it than a walnut would. I thought (wrongly - my mistake) that breakfast was included with the room price. It's not. But $8.95 or so gets a freshly cooked omelet and assorted breakfast meats and treats. -

Booked a block of rooms here for our wedding guests and staff was extremely helpful and responsive. They gave us a great discounted rate as well.

This place was a disappointment as a whole. I paid $179 a night (plus lots of tax) for a room in a "not-so-hot" location in NJ, so I was expecting more than I got. The room was pretty good: large comfy bed, desk with an ergonomic chair and a sitting chair with ottoman. However, most of the staff was completely incompetent.
The night guy that checked me in gave me attitude and then fell asleep when I call from my room to get a wake up call. I got hassled for paying for the breakfast bar, and then leaving and coming back 45 minutes later. And worst off, they forgot to give me a wake up call my last day, causing me to be two hours late for work (not happy making). They gave me a late checkout (4PM) to make up for the mistake, but I still expect better from a "4-star" hotel.
Service: 1 1/2 stars
Room: 4 stars
Additional note: Google has the location of the hotel in the WRONG location, so don't use them for the last mile of the trip - call the hotel.
