This is a perfect business hotel with all the functional amenities for those visiting the University of North Dakota. They have meeting rooms, free in room wifi, a small fitness center, pool and jacuzzi, free parking, and probably the most important thing a covered in-door walkway that leads you to the UND campus without having to step outside. Granted that's more a benefit in the winter time, but its a nice option to have.
The rooms are pretty decent though I did find certain aspects of my room in need of some maintenance. The staff was very friendly and the housekeeper even left a hand written note in my room welcoming me to Grand Forks.
All in all, probably the best place to stay if you're visiting Grand Forks and the University of North Dakota.
PS the four star rating is totally relative. Meaning for this area it gets a four star.... in seattle based on price, service, etc I'd probably give it a three star rating.
