My girlfriends and I stayed here last weekend for a husband/child free weekend getaway, and we came looking to be taken care of. We were NOT disappointed!!

Our first night one of the rooms AC wasn't working properly. A quick call to the front desk and someone was up in minutes to fix it. We had no other problems the rest of the weekend, and in fact kept our rooms around 68 degrees. The AC was able to keep up despite the fact we had TEN women in those three rooms!

The halls and elevator were warm and humid, however we were in Florida, so it's kind of to be expected.

The good - where to start. First off they must be slow b/c there was parking a plenty, so we didn't have to walk far, ever. Also, because they weren't busy the beach and pool were almost always empty. We were able to get poolside chairs and beach chairs/umbrellas every day that we went down. The beach is beautiful, and was not crowded at all.

The Bar - between Gabe, Alison and Scott - we were never thirsty. They took our random orders from in the pool (something vodka, fruity and not blended) and kept us laughing all weekend. The food we ordered was fantastic, and prices were not unreasonable considering we were staying at the Hilton.

We did bring a lot of our own food/alcohol/water and the fridges in our rooms were more than large enough to handle it.

Also, the front desk staff was fantastic. We had a bunch of people taking shuttles to the airport over two days and random times - they were more than helpful with setting that all up for us. Overall, a fantastic visit, and I know myself and my friends will come back and recommend this Hilton to everyone.

This hotel was awesome! It was right off the beach and the staff was super friendly. And their bath products are soooo good!!! Smells wonderful. We took all the bath stuff we could get our hands on.

OK, I'm a Hilton Diamond Member, and I was not treated as such.

The hotel itself is hot.  Not hot in a good way.   It was just hot - the hallways, the elevators...the rooms were temp controlled.  I think they may have been trying to save on energy costs.

Now, in regards to the staff.  They were very friendly and nice....but something just seemed to be missing.

The rooms were fine in general.  I stay at Hiltons because I like the beds and the points program.

The room I had was fine, except for a leaking toilet problem that after 4 calls to the frontdesk over two days was not fixed.  The final solution they had was to put a garbage can to catch one of the leaking spots.  They couldn't even move us to another room because they were full.

I do understand some issues, but this wasn't very good.  I would likely not stay there again.  At least they comp'd one of the nights when I brought it all to their attention when checking out.

This is the area where all of the tourists go to the beach.

You will not be able to find a parking space to save your life.

If you can park, you won't find an available spot on the overcrowded beach.

Also, this area of the beach is not the best or greatest.  Tourists go here but locals have no excuse since they know better!

Avoid like the plague!

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and a private beach!!!

We stayed here for two nights and found the accommodations quite comfortable.

The restaurant is rather pricey and closes at about 10:30pm (and once the restaurant closes, room service is no longer available).  If you want a less expensive option, cut through the parking lot to the hotel next door for some Mexican food at Azteca II.

Each room has a fridge and coffee maker and we had a nice view of the beach.

They also have a pool deck area that seemed quite nice, however, we didn't get to enjoy the beach or the pool much because they were suffering from red tide.

If I ever end up out in that area again, I would not hesitate to stay here.  It's a convenient hotel to stay at if you are catching a cruise out of Port Canaveral or going to visit the Kennedy Space Center.  Transportation is available for a nominal fee to both locations (See review on Travelynx).

Our rates ranged from $129-$159/nt (we stayed one night before our cruise, and one night after we got back from our cruise)

This hotel's highlight is its reserved beach.  It's very soothing to your soul.  Service was very nice.

I donno...  After attending my sister's wedding, I needed some escape.  Things can get emotional when your sibling gets married.  This hotel provided me that.
