The conference I was attending was being held @ this hotel so this is where we stayed also.  I have stayed @ other Hilton properties & I have not been disappointed so I wasn't really expecting to be.

Upon arrival, the staff were all courteous & helpful; sometimes too helpful.  The room itself was very clean & so was the bathroom.  The only nit picky thing was that the air conditioning/heat kept turning on & it was either too cold or too warm.

For guests who are flying, there is a counter in the lobby to make airport shuttle reservations as well as 2 computers that can be used to print out boarding passes.  These amenities were especially useful because wireless internet was not free.

My 4-day stay was really pleasant & the rate was great since it was special for the event.  The location was a bonus since it was close - but not too close - to Disneyland so there was convenient public transportation without having too many young kids running around.

We stayed at the Hilton Anaheim for a weekend of fun while my daughter graduated from Hope International University. The first thing that happened after we checked into our room was that my son-in-law stubbed his toe on the metal bed frame which was protruding 3 inches from underneath the box springs, but was hidden by the dust ruffle. Broke his toe and nearly ripped off the toe nail. Super painful - security responded quickly with first-aid, but NOT A WORD was heard from management - they don't care when someone gets injured in their sleeping room due to their negligence? I guess not. Beware is my advice to visitors considering this property.

I wanted to report that Hilton management finally responded to our complaints about the injury suffered because of their negligence. They called to check on my son-in-law. Hopefully they will inspect all of the rooms and possibly retrain their maintenance and housekeeping departments to make sure this doesn't happen to another unsuspecting guest.

This hotel is massive, like Vegas massive.  Steps away from Disneyland but that would take you about 15 mins to walk it briskly.  Clean an well-sized rooms.  Not much to complain about except everything costs in this hotel including wifi.

You can request for a mini fridge (@ no charge) if you will use it for your kid's milk/food.  I loaded mine with drinks and sandwiches in addition to my toddler's milk.

Besides having endless convention space, exterior and interior,  only steps to Anaheim Convention Center itself, this Hilton Hotel was eh, so-so.  Proximity to Disneyland front gates is as close as you need to be.

Dining, whether casual or fine, is better done away from the hotel. One person in our party suffered food poisoning our second day in (that darn food court)... even though I was unaffected, I would not eat in the hotel again. Drinks at the bar were outrageous even during happy hour...wait for it... $13.50 per drink -  mojito made with the same mix sold in Target, among others. W-O-W!  $13.50!!

The entire housekeeping staff was unusually pleasant, cordial, and friendly, without exception. The housekeeping staff displayed attention to room security like I have never experienced. Although I had to produce ID before housekeeping would allow me entry into the room - the vigilant security was refreshing.

Rooms were relatively small, room views are hit and miss (lots of parking lot and industrial roof views) HOWEVER the rooftop pool and interactive waterworks playground won my 8 yr old daughter over and she preferred to leave Disneyland to go back to the water slides, etc. Bottom line - if my kid is happy. I am happy.

I'm a hiltons honors member, that means I stay at a lot of hiltons and I have to say this was the worst one I have ever stayed at. Maybe it was the abortion survivors that made noise all night long so that I couldn't get my man sleep or maybe it was  how they charged me 32 bucks for parking a car I did not even drive because I carpooled or maybe it's the 12 bucks a night  that they charged me for wifi even though, most of the hiltons I've stayed at it was free or maybe it was the way they nicked and dimed me on my bill.

Seriously they had fees for the fees meaning they charged me to charge me wtf (and I dont mean wed, thur, fri).

I have a compound word that I made up for this place, HellToTheNO, I will not be staying at this hilton again unless mickey mouse and his crew say sorry for the cheddar they charged me.

I want to be perfectly clear...the only reason I'm giving one star is because I like their gym. I live locally and I have a membership to the Hilton gym. Good machines, friendly staff, and pretty clean...although it could be cleaner.

Since I'm a local I have no idea what the rooms are like. But I can tell you what the Mix Lounge is like. Horrible! I'm a Ducks fan and during the season we occasionally have watch parties there. I've also stopped by a few times after work outs. First off, ridiculously overpriced for terrible quality food and drinks. The only decent bartender is Mary, who is very sweet and can whip up whatever you like. I don't normally eat when I'm there because the food is absolutely disgusting. And the waitresses! Oh wow I've never seen such attitudes and slow service.

Now I also I have to add the parking is atrocious. I was there last night for the last game of the season watch party. I spent $100 on drinks that weren't all mine, got my parking validated and headed out a little upset. Only to get to the guy in the booth and be told I owe $8 dollars because I've been there for over 3 hours and it doesn't matter that I got validated 5 minutes earlier. Look, 8 bucks isn't a big deal except I just spent 100 on drinks that weren't even mine and of course I've been there for 3 hours, I was watching the freaking game!

Let's just say that I will never spend another time in that "lounge" and I'm seriously considering canceling my gym membership.

I'm sure the rest of the hotel isn't much different so don't bother wasting your money here! There are plenty of hotels right next to the convention center/Disneyland with nicer staff.

Pay $250+ a night for a room at Disney Resort or stay at one of the hotels close by for around $100. Two of my best friends were getting married at Disneyland, so a group of us rented a few rooms at the Hilton. Besides a small hiccup at the beginning of our stay, the rest of the experience was enjoyable.

The Hilton is one of the nicer places within walking distance to the park. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, has a nice source of natural light, and Starbucks located in the lounge made getting up easier.

Nothing is included in the stay besides the bare essentials. If you want anything beyond the bed and bathroom it will cost extra. No free wifi, no free parking, no free anything.

So the first thing I was wondering about this place when looking through other's review is if there's in and out privileges for parking. Answer to that is, Yes if you're a guest. They will bill your room directly depending on how many days you stay. $16 a day.

Room: overall a lot of people said they found stuff on the bed or it's dirty. The only thing I notice in my room was a dirty pillow. Obviously we didn't use it and just threw it on the floor. The king's deluxe is cute and very modern looking. The tv, was kind of confusing, it worked and they have pretty good channels.

Yes, they charge for everything just don't use anything. Make sure to let the front desk know if you don't want the us newspaper in the mornings or else they'll charge you $.75 for it.

I think I would have like the hotel more if I had the disney view room, so see if you could get that.

Honestly, this room is good for a Disneyland trip. It's a 20 minute walk to disneyland, and you'll be at Disneyland the whole day anyways so there's no point for anything else if you don't need it.

This is definitely a comfortable place to sleep at after a long day at Disneyland.

Comfortable bedding. Terrible lighting in room. Bath has utilitarian feel--this hotel gets a lot of use.

Helpful staff. Pool has water structure with slide that kept kids happy. Two jacuzzis.

Too big and crowded. Loud crowds and thin walls--you can hear everyone in the hallway. Long waits for elevators.  A convention hotel in the worst sense.

It was alright, but I wouldn't go back.

WOW... this is ridiculous. It is our first time staying at the Hilton, we usually stay in Hollywood at the Roosevelt. It was definitely a step down trying out another place. But because we were going to go to Disneyland we chose a closer hotel. I felt like its a ghetto place we stayed if it's charging us an arm and a leg for the smallest things that can be comped by a push of a button. Like REALLY, Hot Water to our room will cost freaking $10.00?!? Are you kidding me?!? I can ask Starbucks and they'll give me a cup of hot water FOR FREE. Only good thing, walking distance to Disneyland park. Don't recommend staying here.

This was our second visit to this Hilton.  Mr R and I went 2 years ago for Valentine's Day after having dinner at Napa Rose. It was a great stay and when planning for a weekend at Disneyland with the 8-year old who is tall enough for every ride, this was our first choice.

It was average - not as nice as we remembered.  Long wait to check in as they looked for an available room (at 8:30 at night!).  Our room was on a slant literally, it was uphill from our door to our window - so strange.  The bathrooms are old and there's little or no shower pressure. The tv was slow and painful to operate.

Nothing that was a big deal, but it was just an average hotel.

We do like the location - we found a cab was very convenient and more so than the local bus/tram to get to the park each morning.  After walking all day, there was no way we'd walk the .7 miles to get to or from the hotel.

We also really liked breakfast in their Mix coffee shop place.  As Gold HHonors members we got a free continental breakfast each morning which was oatmeal, pastries, or fruit (choice of 2). It was very attractively presented and tasted good.  The second morning we used our vouchers to buy up to the buffet and loved it - probably our favorite part of the hotel. So many fresh fruits (name it, it was there and it was fresh and just cut) and every other breakfast item you can think of.

There was a huge natural foods convention going on so there were trade show people everywhere.  Its a huge, noisy lobby and they were all over. I did not see another family with kids anywhere.  The lobby became Club Hilton (complete with a DJ) late at night for all those trade show-ers. So fun to watch the 8-year old's reaction when he walked into the lobby after a day at Disneyland and saw all these adults drinking and doing some risque dancing - and his first taste of "Push It" by Salt n Pepa! Just wait for college, little man!

A good hotel option near Disneyland Resort.

I stayed here for one night with my family during the Inaugural Tinker Bell Half Marathon weekend. It wasn't too bad. The lobby floor was huge and even had a small food court. I wasn't fortunate to get a complimentary room upgrade for being HHonors Gold status, but the front desk did give me an extra breakfast coupon (to be used for a continental breakfast plate at Mix Restaurant, or Starbucks) and put me on one of the higher floors (11th). The beds were comfortable as usual, no complaints there. The room was surprisingly spacious and updated with a flat screen TV. I had some gripes: (1) this Hilton didn't have rooms equipped with a mini refrigerator, and (2) the ground floor Starbucks seemed to be always crowded (yes, Hilton has no control over Starbucks fans, but it was still frustrating to see 20 people in front of me in line no matter the time of day).

In regards to it's proximity to Disneyland, i.e. is the hotel across the street from Disneyland? Well, yes and no. The shortest path to Disneyland park would be to walk through the back entrance of the Hilton hotel, past the Anaheim Convention Center, cross the street towards the Disneyland Resort Hotel and walk through Downtown Disney. It's about a 15-20 minute walk. Otherwise, one could take the Anaheim ART shuttle bus #4 at a few dollars that stops in front of the hotel along Convention Way. A 10-minute ride and you would arrive near the front gate of Disneyland and California Adventure parks.

As expected, there was also a very expensive parking fee. $19 for valet per day. Well, at least it's not $50+ like in San Francisco.

In the end, I was just happy to get a decent night's rest. 3.5 stars.

Hilton Anaheim is my go to hotel during my annual scrapbooking expo (yes---I said scrapbooking expo)

*Double Queen Bed Room : Clean, modern and comfy. Your typical 4 star chain room. The sheets and mattress have improved since my first stay. Sheets were incredibly soft and the mattress was comfy. It helped me sleep like a baby and dream about scrapbooking supplies.

*Service: Front desk, housekeeping, concierge and bell hop provided excellent service. They were always friendly and helpful. We had a few minor issues with our room . My friend spoke to front desk about our issues. Front desk gave us a complementary $75 credit to use throughout the hotel.  We were pleasantly surprised. The credit was unnecessary, but it really appreciated. We had fun using our credit for dining.

*Hotel Amenities: On site Disneyland ticket sales, few gift shops, pool, gym, high dining restaurant, small food court, Starbucks and etc. The toiletries were Peter Thomas Roth, which left my friend and I hair so silky!  We couldn't resist asking housekeeping to increase our toiletries stash.

*Location: PERFECT location. The Anaheim Convention Center. Its literally next door. There's a passage way to get from the hotel to the convention center. A LOT closer than the Marriott. It is also very close to Disneyland. There's a shuttle that takes you to and from Disneyland.

*Price: Average $100 per night though http://Hilton.com.

Overall I'm returning customer for all my future Scrapbooking expos and Disney trips.

    *Random Tips:
-Food court closes at 8pm and Room Service closes at 11pm. If you get the late night munchies, ask concierge for delivery menus. There are a few local eateries that frequently deliver to the hotel.
-Self Parking $16 a night, beware its weirdly constructed it will have you going around in circles, until you figure out how to the next parking level.
    -Lower rate available through http://Hotwire.com

**Tips for Scrapbookers staying at the Hilton, who tend to over pack:
-Call bell hop to help you with your crop and shopping bags! They can't go all the way down to the expo floor, but they can meet you convention entrance and deliver your bags to your room!! Awesome service. Don't forget to tip ;)

Stayed here for the CHA show.  It is literally footsteps away from the convention center, so if you have meetings scheduled there I would highly recommend the Hilton.

Rooms are pretty standard.  Bathrooms are supplied with Peter Thomas Roth bath products. USA Today is delivered to your doorsteps every morning. 32" or 36" TV.

I do have a bone to pick about the pool though.  Perhaps it was because it was in the middle of January, but the pool was not open. Which was fine because it was too cold to tan or swim anyway, but what bothered me was that the restaurant by the pool. At 1pm, the pool is in direct sunlight but the pool restaurant is in the shade.  Who was the architect for this building???  Not only was the restaurant not opened, but even if it was it would have been freezing to eat in the shade. Imagine you went for a dip and came out dripping wet to eat in the shade? Sounds terrible.

Needless to say, we went across the street to the Marriott to eat by their pool where it was open, sunny and lively.

The hotel is nice, but left much to be desired. I have stayed at many Hilton hotels (nationally and internationally) and this one doesn't live up to the Hilton name.

My major problem with my stay was the cleanliness and safety of the room. When I first walked in, I found a used hand towel and used soap on the counter as well as disheveled bath towels on the rack. Later that night, I found a cracked glass cup that I was about to use and potentially cut my lip on. My girlfriend called the concierge/room service to have the room properly cleaned and towels changed out, but instead received a sarcastic and dismissive response.  We took our complaint to the front desk and they were apologetic and offered us breakfast vouchers for the remainder of our stay. Regardless, that experience is not something we expected from the Hilton name.

Here are some other things to look out for:
    - Cleanliness of room
    - $15/night parking
    - $14/day for gym pass
    - $23 breakfast buffet (per person)
    - $4 shuttle to Disneyland (one-way)
    - Starbucks inside hotel is ~20% more expensive
    - Unresponsive TV remote
    - Parking lot elevator stalled and had to use stairs (parked on 4th floor!)
    - Central air made the hotel air very stale and dry

If you must stay here, I would recommend booking through the Disney Travel Company. We got a reduced parking rate of $5/night and free shuttle passes.

Visited a friend at this hotel who was attending NAMM this past weekend.
The parking structure is crazy with its twists and turns and one-way only signage, but there were lots of spots. The price wasn't bad for non-guests like me. And they didn't allow Convention Center parking which was fantastic!

Take the parking garage elevators to the lobby.  Lobby was kinda dark but bustling with people.  Didn't really check it out though.

Six elevators go to the floors, with floor 4 being the concierge floor and floors 5-12 being the regular floors.  Floor 14 is the Executive Floor.

My friend's room overlooked the inner courtyard and the Convention Center.  Two double beds and a large desk/dress drawer/TV area completed the main area.  Bathroom was small but nice.  The doorway and floor sloped down towards the wall that separated the room from the main hallway.  WEIRD.

Otherwise, it was a nice hotel.  I'd recommend staying here if you are going to a conference or trade show at the Anaheim Convention Center.

I think this place makes more money charging rooms for Internet service than in the cost of the actual overnight stay. We had three wireless devices in our room, as to be expected when multiple people attend a conference together.

So seriously, charging for EVERY device to have wireless access per room is absurd, especially since the rate was $20 or so each for our stay. Add in the cost of parking and I felt like I was being seriously had!!!

UPDATE: I received the below response to my review. I find it comical that, instead of addressing the issue of how absurd their Internet charges are, the woman wants to call me out for wrongly announcing the Internet cost was $20 instead of the oh-so-much-better price of $15.95 PER 24 HOURS, PER DEVICE. Not sure how that qualifies as "Guest Satisfaction".  All it really does is make me want to change my two star review to a one star.
After such a great reply like that, I hope she understands why I will not be joining their membership program that still doesn't provide free wifi UNTIL you reach a "certain" level of membership.

Thanks so much for your review! It's fantastic to get feedback from our guests even if its constructive criticism as it keeps us on our toes and helps us become better at what we do. I'm sorry you had issues with our wifi during your stay. We are in the process of bettering that amenity for our guests so you'll see changes for the better in the coming months. One thing to note is that the price for our 24 hour wifi service is not $20. It's actually $15.95 for every 24 hours. If you tend to stay at Hilton's often, then I recommend you look into our Hilton Honors program that provides perks such as free wifi for our guests once they reach a certain level of membership! You can always visit our website to find out more details.

Again, thank you for your feedback and we certainly hope to see you again in the future.

    All the best,

I have stayed at many a Hilton in many towns, mostly on business.  Hilton Anaheim however is the best when it comes to customer service.  Maybe it's because it is right across the street from Disneyland so that 'happiest place on earth' business rubs off on this Hilton.  Whatever the reason, they get nothing but stars from me.

Being located so close to the Magic Kingdom offers spectacular views of the lights and excitement.  It also offers a superb view of Disneyland's nightly firework show from the 5th Floor of the parking garage.

But back to the customer service.  When I checked in I asked if there was a refrigerator inside my room.  At first I was disappointed to hear there wasn't but pleasantly surprised to find out someone would be bringing one up to my room immediately!

During my stay I spent a lot of time in the various ball rooms for the conference I was attending.  Our lunches were provided by the Hilton and each of the four days I was there we enjoyed a wonderful buffet spread with a different theme.  For buffet food it was excellent.  So if you're thinking of planning a wedding and wondering what the catered food is like I think you will be pleasantly surprised.  Even the dessert table was divine!

The one thing about this stay that goes beyond the call of good customer service was not just the delivery of a refrigerator to my room.  I started my monthly shedding process a few days early.  So I called down to the front desk to find out where I could purchase tampons or if there were quarter machines in the women's public rest rooms.  Five minutes after I made that call to the front desk someone was knocking on my door with a package a three tampons for me.  Now that is what I call customer service!

I had stayed here once, a really really long time ago with my family when I was younger. And we had a nice room. About 8 months ago, my boyfriend and I took a trip to Disneyland and decided to stay here!

I really loved the lobby. Filled with people. Annnnd they were playing music from the Monster's Inc. soundtrack! The restaurant there is nice, and I really liked the giftshop/food court area. It's in walking distance to Disneyland, which is great, and is literally right next to the Convention Center!

Anyway, we got to our room, and right before I sat down on the bed, I noticed 3 or 4 curly black hairs on the sheets and comforter. Then my boyfriend noticed that his pillow case was stained with red/orange something. Needless to say, I was a little grossed out. I felt really bad, but I ended up deciding to call the lobby and speak with someone about the bed. The manager was really, really nice and understanding. I figured she'd just move us to the same type of room close by (which totally would have been fine), but she ended up putting us in a suite with a wet bar, and all! I immediately thanked her a hundred times. My boyfriend and I were very pleased with the room, and how accommodating the staff is. When we returned home, I got an email from the Housekeeping Manager apologizing for the state of the bed. I thought that was nice.

I booked this reservation last minute through hotwire.  I got an awesome deal for $87 night. I planned on taking my son to Disneyland the next day.  When I called to confirm my reservation I found out they had me in a room with only a King size bed.  I told them I had 2 adults and 1 child and need 2 queens.  The front desk was so nice and accommodated my request.  When the front desk ladies met my son they were so sweet to him.  They found out it was his 5th birthday and upgraded our room to the side facing Disneyland with no extra charge. She said we could see the fireworks.  We got to the room and everything was beautiful.  While I was getting ready to head to the jacuzzi I got a surprise knock on the door. My boyfriend answered it and it was room service.  The girls sent up a surprise for my son.  It was three fancy pieces of cake with Happy Birthday written in chocolate!.. I was so touched.

My only regret is not getting these two ladies names.  They were very kind and went over and beyond to make us feel special.  Every employee we encountered  was professional and kind.

The beds were comfy, the room clean. The shower was awesome and the people courteous! I would recommend this hotel to anyone :)

This review is based on their customer service. I was scheduled to be a guest at their hotel a few days ago but their transformer blew out. Hence why we didn't stay at the Hilton and this review isn't about the room.
With the place barely lit and a bunch of travelers wanting an explanation, the staff kept their composure and made sure that guests were taken care of. I opted to stay at a neighboring hotel that the Hilton already reserved rooms.
I stayed at that different hotel without paying anything else out of pocket and had my parking taken care of during my entire stay. I would definitely like to get the chance to stay here. Hopefully the next time I do go to Disneyland, the Hilton will have no problems.

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel.  The first time was for a meeting and the last time was for general business.  The public areas in the hotel are clean as are the hotel rooms.  There is a lot of foot traffic on the hotel floors from the look of the carpet but I really didn't hear much noise with the exception of a few excited children which I thought was cute.

The first room I was given had a broken TV.  They offered to fix the TV I asked to be moved since I had work to do and did not want a TV fixed when I had to make phone calls.  They promptly moved my room and the new room was fine.

There are a number of places to eat and drink at the hotel which is nice when you need something and don't want to leave the property.  I had a coffee at Starbucks and also had breakfast in their restaurant.  There is a breakfast buffet that is always nicely stocked and everything is clean and fresh.

I valet parked my car calling ahead each time to let them know when I was coming down and the car was always ready.

In the past I walked to other restaurants around and Downtown Disney. There are tons of choices around the hotel.  If there is no convention going on here you can usually get a good price for a room.

Pros: Good location, great housekeeping staff

Cons: expensive (rooms, food, drinks) compared to similar hotels in the area, rooms are outdated compared to just about every hotel in the area.  Insides feel old and flimsy, which is not offset by their fancy lobby.  They were taking beer that people purchased from a liquor store and brought inside with them.  Last I checked it's not illegal to buy beer and drink it in your room, but they were taking it anyway.  Lots of theft at/around the hotel during conventions, although I will say they were good about making sure that a room actually belonged to a person before they gave them a new keycard...this year.

More cons: during a convention, they serve half sized drinks (ok, a bit of an exaggeration, but they appeared noticeably smaller) for the same price as full-sized (but at least they don't water them down), effectively doubling the price because they know you'll pay.  Convention security were poorly trained, treating guest poorly by yelling at them or being unable to give an answer to a question that wasn't contradicted a minute later by someone else.  Thin walls, so there was a lot of excess noise from other rooms; even in the hallways you could hear people loud and clear.  Parking is expensive.  Room internet is expensive.

I heard some other horror stories from the weekend too.  Some highlights were the expired elevator permits (I know some places post ones with no date and ask you to go see the permits at the main office, but I've never seen anyplace post *expired* permits while keeping the main ones in the office....I hope they're not actually expired) and broken water heaters leaving at least one room with no hot water for almost a week with no sight of repairs, compensation, or anything.  There was also the guy that got so drunk that he tripped and fell into the fountain, which broke it, flooded the bar area, and everyone had to leave.

Anyway, this stay felt like I was being jerked around the whole time, like I wasn't a guest, just an income source.  It felt like the Hilton was more interested in keeping me in their lobby/bar than giving me a good stay.

Edited to mention that this Hilton's twitter was hyping some party days before it was scheduled to happen at the Hilton pool, even linking to the party's website and contacting people to ask if they wanted to pay more and upgrade to a better suite for the party.....then on the day of, they had their hired security come in and shut everything down.  They basically hyped a party to get people to come, then shut it down to force people to buy the Hilton's alcohol.  Very underhanded and shady business tactics.

Edited again to note that they don't card people for buying alcohol.  Over a period of 4 days I didn't get carded a single time, didn't see other people get carded a single time, and saw many people who were probably under 21 and maybe even under 18 buying alcohol without being carded.  Whatever happened to the "if you look under 35, you'll get carded" rule?  I still get carded for rated R movies and carded for alcohol at 95% of the places I go, but they were selling to anyone with money for the entire weekend.  I'm guessing the multiple people vomiting on the floor were probably underage, and the guy who passed out into the fountain, among others.

Oh, and the worst part?  On a review on another website, the Hilton Guest Satisfaction Manager, Jennifer Sacks, had the nerve to reply to say "We take liquor laws very seriously and train all of our servers using the TIPS program."  That's fantastic Jennifer, maybe next time you can concentrate on having them actually adhere to the rules?  Being trained is kind of worthless if you're willingly breaking the law anyway.

Stayed there over New Year's week.  It was a beautifully remodeled hotel.  Even though we got a deal and the hotel was packed with Disneyland visitors we still got great service.  You have to take a shuttle to Disneyland or you can walk it in about 15 minutes.  They had a family movie night which only 4 families showed up to, but I loved it and I loved that they provided that for us.  Also for New Years they had a band in the lobby and passed out free hats and noisemakers which was so great since we were too tired to go back to Disneyland.  The only thing wrong was the valet service.  The 3 times we asked for our car it took 20 - 30 minutes to get.  We would see people come and go who turned in their tickets behind us.  After complaining they were apologetic and credited us the valet fee but it would've been less hassle and easier to park in their lot ourselves.

There's even a Starbucks and a mini food court in the hotel.  And even though I had to pay to use the gym, it was a very nice facility.  The restaurant in the hotel is just "eh" but this isn't a review for the restaurant.

I honestly would stay there again and next time park the car myself.

This would be a 5-Star Hotel if the following changed:
    $15/day Self-Parking
    $15/day gym/spa access
    $15/day wireless Internet
    $4/day shuttle to Disneyland
    No microwave
    No mini-fridge
    Mini-fridge available for $25/stay (:-0)
    No DVD player
Too small pool for so many guests
Thermostat that doesn't go colder than 65deg. I was hot half the night in bed
Did I mention there's no fridge, microwave, or DVD Player?!

By far, the lamest lack of amenities at a so-called upscale hotel that I've seen in a long time. I would only give it 1 star but I had to give an extra because they did give us a corner room, which is larger than the standard and we are paying a cheap rate thanks to Priceline's bidding option. If you can stay somewhere else...do.

Clean rooms in good condition, relatively quiet. And even though the place is huge, our requests (valet, bell desk, room service) were always met quickly. Minus one star for the nickel and diming: be prepared to pay for parking, Internet (the wireless speed was a joke), use of the gym, etc., etc.

This is where the party is, I suppose.

If you go to Blizzcon, and want to be at the epicenter of the entire schindig, there's only one place to stay: The Hilton.

This is where the Blizzard higher-ups stay and this is where the official afterparty is. The Hilton is pretty swank, has a nice bar for drinks, breakfast treats and the service is great.

However, you ARE in the middle of the party, so make sure that is what you want. It's also very pricey to stay here, and I'm not entirely sure that price tag is warranted. Our room was small and there are hotels with smaller price tags and nicer rooms blocks away from the Hilton.

It's an experience, to say the least. However, because of the price I would stay elsewhere next time around.

One of the most disappointing Hilton hotels I have stayed at. In fact, I have stayed in Hilton Garden brand that offered much more than this hotel. The hotel lobby and lounge bar look grand but the decor is dated. The rooms are miles away from being even remotely luxury.

The only thing I like about the room is probably just the bed and the linens. Bed is comfortable and linens are nice and soft. The bathroom is very mediocre. I am not a big fan of the semi working sliding door and the weak shower head. Their room really needs more electricity outlets, better light fixtures and more handy mirrors. You can tell this is an old hotel and it is really showing its age. The ceiling is supery low and the rooms are not that sound proof. There are also no microwave oven nor fridge in the room.

Self parking is $15 a day for hotel guests. It could be quite a bit of a walk back to your hotel room if the lot gets full. Internet costs extra and if you need anything printed from their business center there are some ridiculous charge too. Breakfast is not cheap at their restaurant but they have a small food court on site.

I am really not thrilled with my stay. I really expected better from Hilton.

We stayed here when visiting Disneyland, and now I don't think I would do this again!

If you are looking for a quaint hotel to meet your business travel needs, then this is the place for you!

BUT if you are looking for a kid friendly place, I think we could have done better.

Room: we originally got the room with the Disney view and 2 queen beds; but with a pack-and-play, double stroller and suit cases for four people, we needed a bigger room.  We upgraded to the studio suite. It was suppose to be for the Disney view, but was not...they didn't charge us for the upgrade.   The bathroom in the studio suite was the same size of that in the regular rooms...still too small.  The floors in the rooms and halls were slanted...not sure what that was about.  The bed was OK, and they had a flat screen that was not in HD.  AND the walls were paper thin...we could hear everything that the next room was doing and saying...a bit frustrating when you have two kids trying to sleep.

Ammenities: We used the pool.  It was average at best.  The deck around the pool was super slick - our neice slipped and hit her head really bad!

Food:  We did get food at the pool and room service one night...was pretty good!

    Internet: pay only...not free :(

Shuttle to Disney: $4 per person per way!  We walked the mile each way every time with 2 kids.  Not worth the money it would have cost.  Wish it was more clear on their website that it was for pay only.

Maid Service: they did ok.  EXCEPT my purse was moved and in different places two of the days we were there...I mentioned it to the front desk manager and she told me to contact them if anything was missing.

TV Selection:  all ESPN and NEWS...NO KIDS CHANNELS :(  total bummer!

Nice enough place. Clean and modern.

However, I am docking points because they charge you FOR EVERYTHING. Aside from that, some of their services are way overpriced. Parking is $15 per day as is use of the gym. WiFi is around the same price per day.

I've walked through here a few times and stayed here while going to Disneyland.

The rooms are clean, but sparse. Don't expect anything out of the ordinary. It's no budget hotel in terms of comfort (the beds are nice and the linens are above average), but I would assume all the rooms are pretty bare bones unless you plan on staying in a suite or higher.

They carry Crabtree and Evelyn bath products, but they didn't feel like the Ct & E products I've ever used before. They seemed watered down and more like drug store product.

There aren't any comforts of home--a mini fridge is $30 per stay to rent. No microwave. They have PPV, but I didn't use it.

The lobby area is expansive, and during the holidays it's decorated for Christmas. Giant Christmas trees decorated and twinkle. It's a sight to see.

There is a Starbucks downstairs, which I really like, but it gets busy and stays busy. There are two sundry shops as well, but those are pricey.

The parking garage is large and you will always find parking here. To get to Disney you will probably need to take the ART shuttle. It gets crowded at night coming back.

I would consider staying here again, but I'm not sure where my money is going--I'd like a mini fridge in my room and nicer toiletries. I assume they are cutting corners to buy Paris another damn mini dog.

Stayed here over 4th of July weekend. As usual the room was great. Large roomy and comfortable. All in our party were quite perplexed however at the large patio/courtyard with nothing in it. It almost seemed like the pool should have been here instead. Being a very hot weekend we were all looking forward to the pool. We were disappointed to find a small crowded pool that did not match the size of the hotel or even part of that large empty courtyard. Plan b was to head down to get in a good workout. We're greeted at the door by a cashier, $14 a day for GUESTS! So wait a minute, im staying in your hotel, the pool sucks to say the least, and you want to charge me to use your treadmill?

The lobby was big and full of older, larger, Anaheim natives. I am not sure if smoking was allowed in this hotel but there was a constant aroma of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel.

Two stars are knocked off for the lack of a decent pool and for charging to use the fitness equipment.

It's a nice hotel in a very convenient location. It's a couple blocks from Disney and it's right next to the convention center which makes it perfect for business and pleasure. It's clean and well decorated and doesn't put a hole in your pocket when you stay here. I would stay here again

A very nice hotel.  We haven't stayed here in a few years and it pretty much looks the same.  Reception staff was very nice and helpful.  They have a shop across the way which sells souvenirs including OC "Orange County" t shirts. On the other side of the reception desk is a Starbucks, always a long line every morning. A Disney kiosk is available if you're buying park hopper tickets, to avoid the ticket lines at Disneyland.

The parking garage is fairly large.  Rooms are clean and bathrooms are spacious with "Peter Thomas Roth" toiletries (soaps, lotion). The air conditioner wasn't too loud and I didn't hear screaming kids in the hallways.  They deliver a USA News Today newpaper to your door in the AM.  No refrigerator, but they do have a safe, coffee maker, hair dryer and will give you foam pillows if you don't like the down pillows.  The housekeeping staff were pretty nice too.

A restaurant which serves an "all you can eat" buffet for about $25 is available for brunch/lunch or you can order off the regular menu.

    Pros:
-Prime location for anyone attending something at the convention center (literally a 2-3 min walk).
-Professional staff; I had and maintained the impression that these people want to be working here.
-Beds are of medium firmness and the pillows were of high quality.
-Fantastic Lobby for entertaining friends and meet-ups
-Eateries of various genres are located downstairs (at a very inflated cost)
-Amazing Gym for a Hotel (everything the traveling bodybuilder would want including a squat rack!)

    Cons:
-No fridge (an extra $25 a day)
    -Internet is a premium service
-Must pay daily for parking $15 per day (at this point you feel nickeled and dimed)
-Hotel Bars closed at 1a.m. (not sure if this is a CA thing)
-Daily Gym Fee of $15 (the lady seemed to press paying cash and then she put it on top of the register after the fact; as I walked away I got the impression that she intended to keep it for herself)
-The a/c didn't allow you to control the temp to a personal setting; it was hot in my room during my entire stay.

This is an expensive place to stay considering the times, but you pay for convenience and location.  For the price paid the simple amenities mentioned above should be included, by not doing so the customer walks away with a sour taste from the experience.

I love this Hilton for a Disneyland Vacation. It is much nicer than many of the surrounding hotels and the staff is very friendly and accomodating. What I like most is the bang for your buck. I called the location to ask for a better price than was availible on Priceline and the hotel gave me $30 less a night than the online price. Also, my family and I requested a few rooms with some rather complicated requests. The hotel did mess up the charges, but quickly refunded the mistake immediately. I can hardly blame the hotel for the mistake because our requests were complicated for me to figure out. I will definately come back to this Hilton again.

the beds are great; the hotel is great; location was great; the only issue i had was with the staff.  I called ahead and was told the room would be ready (keep in mind we are a diamond status).  I was told it would be ready as half of it was already cleaned.  i showed up 1.5 hours later and it wasn't ready.  Usually not a big deal but we were on our way to a wedding  and yes they knew that ahead of time hence the reason i called early.  then when i checked about the "disney dollars" i was told i had to book online.  not an issue however i called ahead of time and was never told this and even discussed how i get the discounts.  when i explained all this to the manager they were willing to provide the dollars by jacking up the rate to 50 per night more than what it was listed when i originally booked.  overall they just weren't getting the customer service piece to this.  i will likely stay there again but not without a lot of double checking on everything.  shouldn't be this hard.
