I stayed here for the Bar exam the last three days. Room rate was very affordable --but, you get what you pay for. $64/night.

BAD:
The room reeked of cigarettes --even if it was a non smoking room
No fridge --i requested one 2 weeks prior
Bathroom --a little dingy
Walls and floors are thin --you can hear every floor creak and people next door
Ryan's Bar--so damned noisy into the night!
Internet--there was none! it was supposed to be available in the lobby --nope
Highway Noise--my room was right next to Hillsdale Street, so it was super noisy when cars drove by

GOOD:
Ice machine
Desk lady was pleasant
Lots of parking
Close to the test site
Close to Hillsdale Mall

I stayed here last month for the bar exam.  They raised the price a little bit during that period of time but still acceptable (compared to my friends who went to Albany in new york they charged about $180 per night for a two star motel).  The room was big and clean but not too many furniture inside.  There was a bar inside the hotel, I didn't check it out but my bf said it was a little creepy.  Generally the stay was good for me; the only thing i would complain about is they advertised internet access but actually you have to go to certain places (like hotel lobby) to get connection rather than your room.
