I can not speak highly enough about attorney Higuera and his staff. Not only has he helped me but also a few of my friends and no one has ever been disappointed with his services or the outcome of their case. Joe returns call quickly and is very efficient with paper work and getting things handled. He is honest and ethical ... something that you don't usually hear about personal injury attorneys. After an accident, there is always so much confusion about what to do and who to talk to. This office answers all those questions before you can even ask them. Great experience start to finish!

I was in a semi severe car accident where I was sitting at a stop light and a girl texting rammed into the back of my new Mercedes. She did 7K worth of damage to my car and totaled her car. Friends recommended that I contact Joe because with a soft tissue injury (I had six months of chiropractic treatment three times a week) you need not be "run over" by an insurance company trying to "get off" as cheaply as possible. Joe insured that they paid for all of my medical expenses and got me a nice settlement for the inconvenience. She was using a "low end insurance carrier" so he really fought for my settlement and got more than I was expecting. They were in constant communication with me (his office) and I never once had to deal with even one phone call from the girl's insurance company. That allowed me to concentrate on my health and getting my car repaired without all of the stress. A job well done, Joe.

I got into an accident awhile back and through a referral from another lawyer friend of mine, got into contact with Joe Higuera. The whole process was pretty easy and the whole office was very helpful. Which was important because I was a pretty needy client.
If I ever got into another accident, I would definitely call Joe. -

I've been a chiropractor for 18 years and have seen many personal injury patients and subsequently dealt with thier attorneys. Some are a nightmare. I recommend my patients see Mr. Higuera for many reasons. I have to work hand in hand with these guys and "Joe" is the most honest hard working lawyer I've yet come across. I would personally utilize his services if any of my family needed top notch legal help. Aside from being your own personal pit bull advocate, " I wouldn't want him coming after me", he covers all the little things that really go a long way when having to navigate legal waters....Like returning phone calls in a timely manner, believe me that alone can make your life hell when you can't get answers. He seems to take every case personally. And I'm not kidding he can be a pit bull, I almost sometimes feel sorry for the insurance adjuster who tries to screw one of his clients............He's good!
