My friend had her wedding after-party at Hightopps.  Because of the Army-Navy game, we were staying in Timonium, so Hightopps was a convenient location.  She had reserved a side room for the wedding guests - the room was relatively small and just off the entrance to the bar.  The bar itself was pretty large with tons of TVs around for people to catch up on the sports scores from college football Saturday.

The drinks were pretty inexpensive - a vodka soda was $3.75 (I almost flinched); sadly, the Diet Coke as $2.25!  You definitely know what's the better value!  They'd arranged for bar food to be available and we had hummus and pita chips, mozzarella sticks and some sort of egg roll type of item.  The hummus was a bit garlicky for my palette but the mozzarella sticks hit the spot.
