Notice the extreme closeness of the railroad tracks on the map.  A train comes through here about every 30 minutes.  The railroad crossing to the south requires several blasts from a train's 16,000 p.s.i. air horn.  Several.  If you can, get one of the rooms above the lobby.  They're the quiet ones.
