Review from Joie P.
La Verne, CA
Authentic Texas barbeque.
Brisket, sausage, beans and rolls. OMFG. I had to try Texas bbq and my boyfriends stepdad, Neal, who is a Texas native took me to this place. I really had no idea what to expect. I've had bbq in California and was never impressed by it. The sauce is usually too overpowering. Neal told me that good bbq has the sauce an option, not a requirement. We walk into this place and immediately the owner said they were closed. we looked to the right and there was a long table filled with businessmen. A meeting. No bbq?? Boooo. Neal told him that all he really wanted was "bulk" (brisket) and that was it. the owner waved us in. Gave us 5 lbs of "bulk" and threw in the sausage, beans and rolls. WooT!
The Best lil BBQ place fucking ever!Listed in: Far Far From Home

Review from Michie W.
A hidden Gem in a small country town. Cute and cozy atmosphere. Recently moved to the area, in search of good Texas BBQ we have tried several places in Dallas which lead us to the disappointments. We figure we give this local place a chance and we are glad that we did.
My husband ordered BBQ Ribs and I ordered BBQ Beef Sandwich. Ribs was nice and tender and flavorful. Beef had nice flavor as well. Price is reasonable. Lunch special is around $5.75 with two sides. I think we'll be going back there to try their BBQ Chicken and Breakfast in the near future.
