I've been going here for awhile, but only just realized I've never reviewed it. These guys have spoiled me for sushi. The all-you can-eat, order what you want is a great deal. The sushi is fresh, well prepared and the combinations are limited only by your imagination (if you can dream it up, they'll make it). I have been a sushi addict for years - even before it became popular in the states, and these guys do just fine in my book.
Is it the best I've ever had? No - and the selection is somewhat limited. BUT it is very good sushi/sashmi for a really GREAT price. My bill is 50% or less of what I'd spend elsewhere for 90% of the same items. I don't know where the other reviewer is finding cheaper sushi in this area, but I suspect they were ordering by the piece and not the AYCE special.
I'm not necessarily a fan of the hibachi style entrees, so i haven't ordered it for years and can't really comment on that aspect. But I can sit at the sushi bar and get my fill of pretty much all the bait i want to kill - hand rolls, maki, nigira -- all made to order. It makes it hard to go somewhere else and spend a ton of money for sushi that's only marginally better or more diverse. -

Have been here a few times and each time gets worse. Went for the all you can eat sushi. Maybe it was because it was a Friday night but the service was horrible.
They had one server and she seemed to be in a bad mood. She was rude and seemed annoyed. The self serve soup and salad needed replenishing and when I asked, she grunted. After ten minutes she finally dumped some lettuce in the bowl but that was it.
There were several other server/bus staff floating about but they did not help her. They seemed preoccupied with the Hibachi side of the business.
The fish was just ok. The salmon was old and fishy. The hamachi was ok.
Not sure if we'll go back. Definitely not on a busy night. -

This hibachi is such a let down compared to others I've been to. The decor is really cool. Inside they have a little stream and koi in their pond, its really quite nice. This is where you go if you're not going to get Hibachi, but why would you go somewhere NAMED Hibachi and not order its namesake? The service is so-so, not terrible and the show is fine too. However, the food is where this restaurant suffers. The sushi is average, you can definitely get much better for cheaper in the area. The hibachi here is typically either extremely garlicy or extremely bland. The price for hibachi is also outrageous at this particular location, not that hibachi is ever really cheap. I've been to other hibachis that are a few dollars cheaper and you get more, better food. If you simply MUST have hibachi, this is passable, otherwise find somewhere else.

Excellent place for Sushi, Tues-Thursday they have a sushi buffet which is always fresh, if you don't see it out just ask they will even make it for you! Excellet service and priced accordingly.

i don't normally go to hibachi, so i'm no professional at these things. walking in, their "waiting room" is huge and has a neat, but ultimately cheezy waterfall/creek/garden setup. i actually thought it was the main dining area. they also have a sushi bar and a bar bar (with alcohol? yes, silly) so you can get your drink on pre-grill-show. from what i understand we saw a typical hibachi performance from egg-spinning to shrimp-throwing. it was entertaining and the food was pretty good. i would recommend hibachi in general as a fun thing to do once every blue moon. its pretty expensive and the food wasn't something that made me want to come back specifically to this place. but, it was fun.

Everything is so immersed in salt that is all tastes the same. The show is entertaining so maybe its something you do once but after you pay the bill and retain a couple pounds in water weight, I don't think you'll go back.
