Hi-Tek Nails

I've been here several times and it's my go to place. The service is great and friendly. They always deliver exactly what I ask for. They do try to suggest other services but don't push when I politely decline. I tried another nail place and had a horrible experience.

They were closed for awhile (reason I went somewhere else) but I was able to go back a couple weeks ago, mid Dec. 2021. They've remodeled and are under new owners. The place is beautiful and the service is still great.

Always great services. They will fix anything and do all the crazy designs I love to do! Bee is great at designs.

I went today to get my nails done, I have an event this weekend.

Well they have a good SPA pedicure Package. And other good packages. My person's name was Linn.

She is very nice. Overall I felt that the place was good under normal circumstances, but under COVID, not as clean feeling ir sanitized feeling as others that I have recently been to. They are wearing masks, but do not cross-ventilate as others do (its cold).

They have good packages, colors and have DIPPING POWDER! as an option!

Overall I do recommend this place. I spoke to the owner and she understood the changes that I felt would convince more peeps to come here. We need to help small businesses!

Horrible. Do not go here. I had the male doing my nails and he got glue all over my fingers. It was painful because it was squeezing my skin together. The nails were so thick too and overall his work was just messy. I get my nails done to relax not to get more stressed

I had been going to my previous nail salon for well over 25 years. But when they would not even text me a reply to a request, I was done with them! I don't like to bother people but I do appreciate common courtesy.

I looked for another nail salon where I could feel comfortable & confident in their protocols and I found Hi-Tek Nails in La Habra. Susan is kind, capable, & very fast! I am liking the COVID protocols that they are using in the shop and am feeling very confident that they can do a good job for the long run. They are neat & clean and the atmosphere in the shop is SO calming & pleasant. AND... My nails look GREAT! I have found my new nail shop -- Thank you Hi-Tek Nails!

Worst mail place
I asked for dipping method, she insisted on gel I clearly said I didn't want gel because your nails get ruined and I didn't want my hands to go under the light.
She filed my nails with the machine and file plus had me put my nails under the UV light after each coat of powder added. She insisted that way they will last longer. Lied! And my right thumb nail was messed up, she added two coats of gel and my nails look thick and ugly. I left her a tip and paid what I was asked.
They don't charge cheap and the quality of their work is poorly.
Well, exactly a week has passed and they are already lifting up and Ian taking them off. My nails are weak after all that horrible filing. Don't bother coming here if you want your natural nails healthy. They will destroy them in one hour and change you $40.00 for it!!! I am Never returning to this junk of a place.

I come here every 3 weeks for a fill and they always do a great job! They're very sweet and listen to what I want. My boyfriend usually gets a manicure too and he loves it.

I love Susan here! She never fails to make my nails look amazing I've done multiple sets with her and they just keep getting better and better! These are my nails for my wedding this week and they look amazing!

Working in a clinic, I almost never get my nails done, but I needed to for my wedding reception in Southern California. Visiting from NYC, I had no idea who would be trustworthy and skilled in the area. I was so lucky to find Susan and her team here who were able to give me the smoothest pedicure and most beautiful nails ever.

They were able to introduce me to the 'dip powder' technique, something that would dry faster but last even better than gel, and necessary for the beautiful ombre natural nail look I wanted. It looks way better and special than an ordinary French manicure. Susan was careful and patient, explained to me the technique and suggested I add more length to my nails for a more polished and glamorous look. What was achieved was so beautiful, exactly what I wanted and perfect with my minimalistic look and jewelry.
