This attraction seems like it would be great, and was listed as a GEM by AAA and is listed as the oldest building in PA. Unfortunately we wouldn't know as when we showed up the main building was open, but nobody was there. We stuck around for over an hour, tried calling, ringing the bell, knocking on the office door. You could hear people in there, but nobody came out to assist us. We tried asking in the barn, but they just ignored us when we tried to attract their attention. We were so terribly disappointed as we drove a good way to come see it (about an hour from the heart of lancaster) and it seemed like it would have been great. For this reason I definately recommend calling before planning to drive out there. If anyone has been recently please write a review and let us know how it was!!! We were just so sad to have missed it.
