I almost don't want to write this review because it is my best kept secret but if you promise not to take your Big giant mean dog or your over aggressive hyper pooch then I guess I will risk it  PROMISE???
My dog is super scared of other dogs and to be honest she doesn't care for people either ~ she was over abused by a breeder both in training & breeding so the sniffing of her booty by other dogs upsets her while certain looks of people really terrify her so I shopped and shopped for a groomer until I found a couple I thought might worked &  then I took my doggie to let her shop & test it out.  She loves Heritage and is not scared like other places for example....
I took her to Petsmart once just to get her nails clipped and she clawed my back trying to hang on so she didn't have to go w/ them so of course I said; "whatever you say sister"!!! "We are out "
Anyway, the owner and head groomer at Heritage are so sweet & caring.  They do excellent work, my baby always looks and smells wonderful plus they do everything from grooming, to boarding if you go out of town/vacation but I do think special rules apply, she takes the dogs to her home I think, plus it is small which I like, no stupid rules, and everything is super clean.  They have cute items for sale and she loves my dog more than any other groomer would which I don't expect that much but it is more than other groomers would think about giving.  WE LUV HERITAGE!!!
