The day after Christmas, and I'm calling to ask if they can look at my car ASAP.  They made me an appointment for the next day.  (I was able to drop the car off the night before using their key drop-box.)

I told them my car had recently been in a front end collision and I didn't particularly trust that the repair shop had done a bang-up job.  My description of the car's problems boiled down to:  maybe there's an alignment issue, and there's definitely an unbearable and worrisome brake-wear-like squeal coming from the rear end (even though the brakes were replaced a couple of years ago and I don't drive much).

They changed out my brakes but didn't look for the underlying issue that resulted in the wear - BIG MISTAKE!  Because of their oversight, my car was back in the shop (my trusted Honda shop - not this place) 2.5 months later, again with completely worn brakes!  It turns out my parking brake wasn't releasing fully, and this was causing highly accelerated brake wear.  I'm disappointed in Heritage Honda for not diagnosing the reason behind my brake wear.   However, they did find and replace the broken sway bar bushings, and identify and replace the cracked axle boots.  They also took care of a couple other items at my request.

Their work did improve the way my car rides, and they did take my  car on short notice (also during a traditional holiday week), but not investigating the root of my brake issue -resulting in me losing more time and spending more money than necessary- makes me doubt their competence in tackling anything but the obvious and uncomplicated.
