Outside Herbal Magick is beautiful landscaping, but inside this deceptively small shop is a huge assortment of books, candles, crystals, essential oils, figurines, herbs, incense, jewelry, spices, teas, tarot decks, and more.
Crystal prices are comparable to items I've found elsewhere online. I found an amethyst that was just what I was looking for to complete a display on my bookshelf, and a much larger replacement of a rose quartz heart I lost in the move to WNY years ago.
Service is excellent.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Maya N.PA, PA074Oct 8, 2022
I was really excited to visit this store but when you walk in you expect a good vibe but I felt a super strong bad overwhelming vibe I almost walked out immediately but I didn't want to be rude. I was looking around in confusion since I didn't understand show to get things out of the jars so I asked and the lady was extremely rude. Also this place is extremely over priced the lavender for example costs $50! That's CRAZY I pay $5 a pound everywhere else! The icewine tea was 150!! don't even bother wasting your time. They also had some tea cups and strainers that looked extremely old and where still $50 and $15 I wonder how this place stays open. I'm still in shock I mean maybe I could excuse some of the prices if the place wasn't extremely out of date like at least modernize if you want to over charge this much!

Unfortunately, I feel as though it's necessary for me leave this review.
Herbal Magick has a variety of products that you normally wouldn't be able to find locally, BUT the staff here is so unfriendly that I would much rather drive an hour out of my way just to avoid these individuals at all cost.
You go into a store like this to receive positive energy, and to find items that help you banish bad vibes. Well, bad vibes is ALL you'll get when visiting this location.
I'll be taking my business elsewhere.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Gina B.Lockport, NY37175Jul 26, 2020
I'm very disappointed. I have gone here by myself and bought over $100 in crystals for a Valentine's Day gift for my 10 year old son and fully intended on spending the same this next visit. This weekend our community is supposed to come together and support our small businesses in this difficult time, so I figured this would be the perfect opportunity to introduce my son to the shop. Was told very rudely to, "get out," before we even got in the door. They are appointments only, now, which is totally understandable, but when we called, they were FREE ALL DAY, so not sure of their need to tell us to 'get out' before we even had a chance to go in. There were also open signs all over the place outside with nothing that said appointments only. Made me uncomfortable enough that I will NEVER go back.

Didn't realize until I pulled in to the parking lot that it was by appointment only. However, I called and asked when would be a good time to make an appointment and come back? They mentioned that they had an appointment in 1/2 hour & would I be able to get the things I needed. I had my list, they let me in, very helpful getting the things as I listed them off. Grateful for the variety. If you have had a unpleasant experience just remember we are all fighting a hard battle right now. Let us give each other mercy and second chances.

Wicca Furniture!
I cant say enough about Herbal Magick accept that I think they spelled magick wrong. Does it have a "c" in it? This store has everything you need to cast spells and stuff. They have herbs Ive never even heard of like blam of gilead, ocotillo extract, and basil. I used this stuff to help Gramma get up in the morning. She's a late riser. The lady their is really nice and likes to tell you about stuff of which she knows alot of. Incense too! If you need anything to cast spells with or cook something of, than go to Herbal Magick. Magik - yeah!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 5Oh no 0 - Iron Man H.Buffalo, NY3103102Jul 19, 2016
This place has some fantastic sales, but it can get crowded very fast. The last sale I went to it was shoulder-to-shoulder inside, and it can be painstaking to move through the small space. There is a ton of stuff to look through, though, and it's all fairly priced.
There are books, some clothing (like cloaks, skirts, etc...) incense, candles, jewelry, stones, spices, teas, knick-knicks, and tea brewing accessories. The staff seems friendly and knowledgeable.
So there are only two downsides to this place. I already mentioned that it can get crowded and the actual store space inside can make it a tight fit. The second downside is there's a small parking lot in the back, but it's tiny, and when it's crowded I have trouble getting my truck out of there.
But this place is great. I always stop in here to stock up on some incense.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Keith B.Buffalo, NY47156128Mar 2, 2018
Wonderful little shop of herbal holistic needs and other oddities. Worth a stop to see what's new or find what you need to keep healthy. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

went there with my friend and boyfriend. most of the stuff is over priced. My boyfriend and i experienced a tight, cold unwelcoming vibe from the place. As for my friend, whom was asking about stuff to help with pain one of the ladys coldly told her "you need to loose weight"

I have enjoyed going to this amazing shop for quite a few years now. It's a hidden but massive treasure. Do yourself a favor and go and speak to Angela. Brilliant, this woman knows her product. Friendly, helpful is an understatement. Yep, hidden treasure right in the middle of Lockport.. !!!!!
