Henry Kab

I had never used Henry Kab before and because of a promotion with MegaBus, I decided to try them out.

I needed to be picked up at 10:15am to go to Collins Circle. I called to make the reservation the night before. Henry Kab never showed up and in a frenzy, I paid a random stranger $30 to get me to Collins Circle. The ride should have only cost $10.

On the next day, I called Henry Kab and I believe I spoke with Henry himself. He acknowledged the appointment and said one of his driver's had a car / miscommunication problem. To make it up to me, he offered to reimburse me for the extra $20 and drop off the money at my friend's place (since I was out of town). I'm surprised he didn't offer to pay for the entire $30 as a friendly gesture.

After about 3 days, he didn't drop the money off and so I called back. He gave me an excuse and then said he'd put the money in the mail for me. Several weeks later, nothing showed up, again.

I know that people make mistakes, but he didn't follow through with the cab ride and two reimbursement opportunities. I definitely do not trust Henry Kab and would not recommend this service to anyone.
