I loved this apartment. We had a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the second floor. When we moved in they had just put in brand new Berber carpets and they even allowed us to paint the apartment. The rent for what you get is also pretty cheap. I lived with my boyfriend and another couple and even though it was kind of tight when it came to bathroom usage it was by far the best experience renting I have every had and would move back there in a second. Our place was toward the back end of the complex and had an awesome view of trees and some of the playing fields of the nearby middle school.
There is a dumpster for recycling in one of the parking lots near the office with bins surrounding it for paper and cardboard recycling. Otherwise there are garbage dumpsters near every two buildings.
The office staff are nice, and most of them live on the premises.
Downsides to this place is the laundry machines they have in the basement that can get a little flooded at times. The machines are old and coin operated. They get the job done if you can't get out to the laundromat and need to get your stuff done in a pinch. The dryer sometimes needs to be run twice to get a normal load of clothes dry.
