Nothing starts your weekend better than having the chiropractor tell you that your spine is a crooked.  "Uh oh" she said as she felt over my spine, "Looks like you have a bit of a curve here, did you know that?"  "Um, no I didn't" I said innocently, "What is going to happen to me?" "Well you can get arthritis very easily, you will probably start to notice it in about 15-20 years."  As I laid face down on this miniature table I started to imagine myself to look the same way my cute poor 'ol nana looks... with her hunched over back and delicate body.  I might have started to cry.

Dr. Heather Meinke is kind and gentle and adjusted my spine back to straight again!  Ok, no she didn't but she did adjust me and it did feel good... Now I feel like superwoman.  I'm going back to get an xray so she can look more closely at my spine... Only $35 per session!  (Just tell her you are a member of 24/hour fitness... oops, probably should of told you that.)

* Straight star numero one-o is for being a chiropractor in general
** Mister cracked star two is for touching my sweaty body after I got done at the gym
*** Healed star number three is for telling me that I have a crooked back... even if I didn't want to hear it
