Imagine getting to work alongside a professional chef in a private kitchen... that's the experience you'll have when you take a cooking class at Heat and Spice.  Chef Joe Sochor opens up his own kitchen to offer small classes specializing in Thai, Mexican, or Indian food - all of which can be catered to vegetarians.  Taking a class is a perfect date activity, or a great way to celebrate something special.  Because the class is so intimate, you're able to take in so much information.

Heat and Spice is not for those that like to sit back and relax... plan on getting your hands messy and being involved with the preparation of your food.  The class begins with an explanation of the herbs and spices that will be used to give your meal a certain kick.  From that point on, you'll be fully immersed in cooking multiple dishes at a time, as well as eating throughout the class as things are complete.  A final note: the food is muy picante; Heat and Spice is not just a clever name!
