My boyfriend and I were having a little frozen custard date at Nielson's when out of the corner of my eye I noticed a sign across the street...."$35 dollars for 60 minute foot massage". That sounded like a fantastic deal! I've gotten a foot massage at spa world before and that was 45 dollars for 30 minutes! So I convinced my bf to get one with me. The ladies don't speak much English but they are very very nice and sweet. The foot massage was wonderful, they soak your feet in some herbal concoction that is very soothing! Then they go to town!
If you have never had a Chinese foot massage before let me give you some background information. The feet are said to contain every nerve ending for the entire body. This type of massge is more like "pressure therapy". It involves applying very focused pressure to known reflex points located in the foot. You will leave feeling very relaxed not only in your feet but your whole body.
The usual price is $35 dollars for 30 minutes. I'm not sure how long this deal lasts for but I highly recommend it. The massage prices are quite reasonable as well and I plan to get one soon.

$35 for 1 hour foot massage -can't beat it. I mean its not a salon so don't expect privacy or complete relaxation, but still its a pretty good deal.
I had to downgrade this to 3 stars because although it was relaxing my foot hurt for 2 days afterwards. I don't know what she did but it shouldn't cause me pain.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Winifred Y.Harrisonburg, VA012Jan 5, 2013
I have been there for many times. I love their massage. The place is clean and comfortable. I love their new foot massage chairs, I can spend a whole day to just lie down and relax.
I work in front of my computer every day and my back and shoulder hurt very badly. Therefore, I usually go there and get a massage twice a month for an hour. Sometimes, I will get a foot massage 2. It is amazing that the foot massage helps relieve my back pain. Now they have a special deal for an hour foot massage, which just cost $35.
The people working there are nice, even though their English is not good.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Annie Z.Vienna, VA143118178Sep 19, 2014
Stopped here after work last night because I was craving a quick massage and the verdict is: most ADD/spaztastic massage I've ever experienced! I had Helen for the 30 min massage and while she was nice enough, she did NOT understand when I kept telling her she was using too much pressure... It was all over the place- it felt good one minute and the next, it borderline hurt. I would get comfortable and start to relax and then Helen would press too deep again. I must have told her on 3 separate occasions that she was pressing too hard. Language barrier, perhaps, but disappointing nevertheless. I definitely should have waited until Massage Envy or Elements could have squeezed me in...
If you can stand massages that are more on the 'deep tissue' side, then this place would probably suit your needs. However, it was too rough for me. They also had the same chord of a song playing over and over again; I thought I was going to go mad listening to it. While their prices are very reasonable, I will not return, for the sheer fact that the massage I received was more stressful than relaxing.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Rachel C.Vienna, VA029Jul 19, 2013
Best place to get a professional massage, hands down! If you're looking for a place that is all about the knots and muscles in your body then you need Health Plan in Vienna. Wow, I went to see Moon because of a chronic head ache... by the time the massage was over I was completely relax and for the first time during a massage I was relieved of my head ache! She spent time getting into the knots and not just rubbing down my skin. I'm so amazed by this place. Health plan is a no frills place, but they are all about the muscles and not the fluff!
As a plus, they have a bonus program... after ten massages you get a half hour free. They charge $65. for a full hour ( the hour starts from the time they touch you, not from the moment you walk into the room) and $90.00 for 90 min and $120.00 for 120 min. Truly the best bargain price without a bargain technique.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - L L.Vienna, VA813671Jul 25, 2015Updated review
Love the cheap foot massages, which has been changed to include a very strong shoulder and neck massage while your feet soak in tea. Always some nature video on the tv it seems. Sit in a recliner, roll up your pant legs to your knees, and enjoy an hour of relaxation for only $35. Cash only.

One big room divided into little rooms using those folding room dividers. Gives plenty of enough privacy. There is also a separate divided section just for reflexology foot massages.
Very good therapists. I went in for an hour, and ended up adding an extra 30 minutes because it was so good. A neighboring patron (who I didn't know, but could hear from the lack of real walls) went in for an hour and added an extra hour on. So I think the quality of the therapists must be pretty consistent at least between these two.
My therapist didn't speak much English, but she gives a very good and thorough massage. They use those annoying beeper timers, which I really don't like, but each of the two therapists who were there while I was there went a good 5-10 minutes past the beepers. My 1.5 hours was more like 2 hours...
The full body massage is $60 for 60 min and is a back, neck, shoulders, and legs massage; feet is a whole separate category, and for some reason costs more per minute. The add on was $35 for 30 minutes of feet. It is real foot reflexology, but I think the full body was a little better. Just for full disclosure, I am a very tough judge on reflexology. I found a guy in Hong Kong who is simply the best ever and no one has ever come close. On each visit, I book this guy every day for my visit.
I really love the fact that it is open from 9-9 and doesn't require an appointment. Makes it very easy to fit it into my schedule even though it has taken me several months to try it the first time. Wish it was just a tad cheaper, but the prices aren't terrible and the convenience is great.
The biggest issue I had was hearing the neighboring patron speak to his therapist for a large percentage of the massage, but I think that might just be my problem and the fact that I like quiet, no talking massages. Next time I might bring headphones to make this a 5 star place. - Rachael W.Chantilly, VA984912Jan 4, 2012
I work right across the street from this place so when I saw their sign for the first time about 6 months ago, I was intrigued because of the name. Hmmm..."Health Plan" Massage?? lol...so one day at work when I was feeling particularly bored, I said to everyone "Hey, I'm going across the street to the drug store, I'll be right back" but instead, I went to Health Plan Massage. I was winning! They give an awesome massage! And it felt even better because I should have been working. The ladies don't really speak english but man, they have nimble fingers.
The second time I went, I stayed for an hour and a half. I got a full body massage and reflexology foot massage. The lady who massaged me did this super weird intestinal rub for about 15 minutes and two hours later, I had to run to the bathroom and I could not believe what came out of me. Then I had to go again half an hour later and the same thing! Whatever this lady did, I thank her because she completely cleaned me out. The massage felt great. It's a good deal for the money. Only $1 a minute. Please go! They might do strange things to your body but I totally believe in the powers of Eastern Medicine.Helpful 8Thanks 0Love this 6Oh no 0 - L B.Fairfax, VA0281Jul 1, 2013
Be careful! I have been here twice. The first time the woman who worked on me did a pretty good job - not great, but good. I went back again yesterday for a foot massage and then a full body massage.
The foot massage was pretty poor - painful at times. The back massage was where everything went horribly wrong. I am willing to bet that the woman had no license or certification for massage, and very little training if any. She just pushed down on my back hard with no method to her madness. I was getting irritated. She walked away FOUR times abruptly. I heard her go to the microwave, run it, and then returned. All of a sudden she put hot stones on my back that litterly BURNED my back - badly - leaving marks. I screamed and told her to stop. I've had hot stone treatment before and this was just WRONG. I told her I was done and wanted to leave. She walked out and then walked right back in while I was getting dressed. Awful!!!
I am a triathlete and get regular massages. This was not a massage that was safe or worth paying for. You have been warned!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Alissa I.Fairfax, VA04941Dec 5, 2013
Great massage, but their scheduling needs work. First massage started 45 min late. Second time started an hour late... Nice, but sort of eats up the whole day waiting.

Amazing. Jesse and Moon are so good at what they do. I seriously feel as though all of my knots are gone and my body just feels tremendously better. We called last minute and asked for two massages (45mins each) close to closing time and they happily accommodated us, and I think for a discount? Such friendly people and wow are they strong. Jesse was on all fours on my back massaging me with every limb on her body. Go in with an open mind, though. If you expect to be pampered with fake smiles and given sub par massages like they do at places like Red Door, then perhaps this isn't for you. Definitely recommend it though, they know what they are doing and they are amazing people.
