Very good service, HONEST yes honest imagine that!

They have been great for routine maintenance, their honest and their rates are very competitive.
My car had a problem that another place here in town could not detect after FOUR visits, Hays found it repaired it and I have not had a problem again, they don't mess around.

I got terrible service at Hays Automotive.  These guys didn't fix the problem with my car.  They charged me for stuff they didn't even tell me they were going to do, saying they were running diangnostic tests.

Honest American Business' are still around. This is one of them. My breaks were making ugly noises. I made an appt. for first thing in the morning. Dropped my car off, the shuttled me down the street to work. Called in a couple hours, quoted me and allowed me to think about it. No pressure. I called back had them perform the service. When I went to pick up my car, the price was what they quoted me, imagine that! I never felt like I was taken advantage of...which I find typical of mechanics. I hope to never have a problem with my car but if I do I know who to call.
