    100th Review, and its a good one!

    Service here is impeccable!! They will do their best to accommodate your needs as much as possible. They have a parts, service and sales department all in one roof. For guests to enjoy, they have a free vending machine full of coffee, hot chocolate and tea. As a courtesy, they even call you once your vehicle is ready to be picked up.

    I love Chevrolet cars and this by far is my favorite dealership in the area. As soon as you walk in the doors, you're greeted with a friendly smile and not ignored based on your looks, age, or appearance like other dealerships do.

    I worked with a gentleman by the name of Louis Tripodi and he was truly pleasant to work with. He was very patient and made me feel important as a client. I left very pleased and got exactly the color, make, and model of the vehicle that I fell in love with!! I'm very lucky I worked with him, they have my business for future years to come.

    Friendly staff and good prices. I bought my first car and I am loving it. They accommodated all my needs and they let me test drive with no one with me and I thought that was cool.

    We have purchased cars and get all our service done here for our Chevy for the last 10 years.  We never feel like we are being screwed on service.  They are extremely fair and we feel like we are in a true partnership with this dealer.  Thank you Steve Kochan at Service again.

    Ripoff location. Between the Traverse that breaks down more than my lawn mower and the shady sales people here, I don't know what's worse. Do yourself a favor and buy something else somewhere else.

    It's always a great experience at Hawthorne Chevrolet. This was especially nice getting a new 2015 Impala in silver topaz metallic.  I feel that the staff goes out of their way to ensure not just a satisfied customer, but a happy one.  I was pleased with the friendliness of my sales person, Elaine and how she made the whole deal go smoothly. She's a keeper.

    I think they TRY to make you question why you even came in the door. Arrogance,HIGHEST prices....outright ridiculous LIES from a sales person that were unncessary. I dont just dont get why ANYONE would go to this dealer for a GM car with others within a few min ride. The lowest hanging fruit sales tactics....not every customer was born yesterday...in fact in todays marketplace, most arent. Come on Hawthorne Chevy.....aspire to be better.

    I have always experienced professional conduct from the Hawthorne Chevrolet service department. I brought my car, purchased from Hawthorne, for service last week. Service representative Michael Rivera handled my matter from intake through conclusion in a very courteous way. He answered all my questions in a most professional manner. The service work was promptly completed, so I spent less time in the waiting room than I expected. Bravo!!!!

    I HIGHLY recommend Hawthorne Chevrolet.

    I would give minus stars if that was possible. If you value your money and do not like being ripped off stay away from this dealership. That is as simple as I came make it. I would take notes when negotiating and carefully read the contract.

    My advice is to get a copy of the contract before you sign and compare it to the copy after it goes through the process. If they will not do that walk away.

    While I didn't buy my vehicles there, I get treated like we did.  This is my go to place for repairs and I will buy my next vehicle there.  No one better than Paul who works on my Diesel.  Never had a problem here.

    I should give them minus 5 start to the parts department . A month ago got a new oil pump came defective went back to change it 2 days later my receipt was misplaced the moron who sold it to me never put my name on receipt or my VIN # so the refuse to exchange it I was mad so after hour and half they exchange it, went back for others parts 2 days ago and they told me WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOU and said to me in a very low way THIS IS OUR WAY OR NOT WAY as you imagine was not way. They DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE is the client who needs to be happy, is the one who pays for it. If you need parts DO NOT GO THERE.
