Very average hotel. The bed was comfy, and the rooms were reasonably nice but nothing special. They do have 37-inch LCD TVs which were a nice touch, but the channel selection was mediocre. Their breakfast was crap, but then again most hotel breakfasts are.

Warning: This is no longer the Amerisuites, it's now called the Hawthorne Suites.
And when you walk into a hotel and the first thing you notice is a funny smell, turn around and walk right out and find another place to say.
Needless to say, this place was much better as an Amerisuites, but it sucks as the Hawthorne suites. It's kind of like the Amerisuites didn't feel like upgrading and replacing the old carpet and furniture, so they decided to run it under the Hawthorne Suites brand and not do any refurbishing.
Every room smells gross, we tried three different rooms. The carpet and sheets in the guest rooms are kind of dank and skeeves me out. The morning breakfast buffet is borderline nasty. AND YOU CAN'T GET RID OF THE NASTY SMELL IN THE ROOMS BECAUSE NONE OF THE WINDOWS OPEN ANYWHERE IN THE HOTEL. This is why the entire hotel smells funky and musty.
Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. Go to the Courtyard for the same price and a much better stay. I stayed here for three years in a row when it was the Amerisuites and it was fine, but it's gone downhill quickly under this new brand name.
