i am conflicted. the rooms are in need of a remodel (tubs get clogged) but on the other hand they have a complimentary happy hour and hot breakfast. regular bar food and eggs, french toast in the morning. there is no restaurant but plenty near by.
the food is good, so just don't stay in the room too long. it reminds me of motel 6 (and not in a good way). very sterile but it is a suite with a kitchen, dishwasher, sink, and stove.
if you don't have a car the shuttle will take you to the downtown mall, not arden fair.
