This is THE WORST credit union... no, business, in existence.

God forbid you have an "issue" that you need help with. Their customer service is TERRIBLE!!! They are never willing to assist you outright. You always have to speak to a supervisor because their CS reps are incompetent. In fact, even their supervisors are really bad too.

It's just completely frustrating to seek "customer service" when a business just doesn't WANT to give it to you. I've been with this place for years and I'm so over the b.s. in having to deal with them.

I know someone who worked there and they said that if you have a lot of money there, they are more than willing to assist you with no complaint. If you're just someone with a smaller account, you won't be getting any help.

I will second the notion of this being the WORST bank EVER

They have given me nothing but problems since i opened my account with them. First they said they would need to put a hold on personal checks for 3 weeks with a new account, that's fine. However they were also holding my paychecks, so i essentially didn't get paid for nearly a month.

Then I needed to make a large payment online which i had more than enough for in my account, and it wouldn't go through. I call them to see what the issue is and they inform me that I can't have that much withdrawn from my account for the first 3 weeks since it's a new account. What...? I have the money sitting in my account, yet they're telling me i can't use my money? So the only way around this was I had to personally go down to the bank and withdraw the cash and deposit it into another account at a different bank I had to make the payment. Huge pain in the ass.

Then I went to the bank and stood in line to take care of some business and figured I'd order some checks while I'm there. Only to be told by the teller I couldn't order the checks there, I needed to go over to the desks where you set up your accounts and stuff. Sigh... fine, I walk over there to order my checks. Only to be told by the person at the desk, "You could've just done this at the teller..."

Then I had a payment coming up I needed to make so I transferred the funds from my savings to my checking online, and was told it would take 24 hours for the funds to become available in my checking. Not a problem. Only to realize after a week they never bothered to transfer my money at all.

This bank is incompetent, irresponsible, rude, and has the worst customer service you will ever come across. You're better off burying your money in your back yard rather than handing it to them to take care of. Avoid them at all costs!
