Best kept secret! So very, very glad to have a children's consignment store in our area. The store is clean and the staff, which I believe are all owners, are super friendly and helpful. They know their customers and items well.

I've been utilizing their consignment of toys since they opened and my 3 year old son has always had not only current toys but unique and what would otherwise have had been expensive dream toys. Their consignment toys are NOT used and abused either. Most looking as if they were never even used, if not in the original box. We've gotten ride on toys, furniture, train tables, games, books, electronic toys, inside/outside toys and everything in between! I can't even begin to imagine how much money we have saved!

Best of all, I'm more then happy to support this small, local business.

Haute Tots offers the best of both worlds: retail and consignment. This very cute boutique is located in Plantation. If it's not in your neighborhood I still recommend you make the drive - it's well worth it.

The shop is set up in 4 "sections":
- brand new boutique items. Need to find a gift for a baby shower? No problem! They have adorable outfits, books, toys, photo frames, baby room decorations, burp cloths, blankets etc... AND they offer embroidery services. You'll become the favorite aunt/uncle when you give a custom embroidered blankie in a beautiful gift package!

- gently used consigned clothing and shoes. As a new mom I'm always on the lookout for cute baby outfits at good prices. Considering babies quickly outgrow outfits, some are barely used at all. The owners are very particular about what they accept to consign... only clothes in excellent condition are sold. I've bought some brand new designer clothing (DKNY, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein) for my little girl at rock bottom prices.

- consigned strollers, toys and furniture. Here also they only sell items in excellent condition. One of the things I learned when I became a mom was that strollers were a luxury item! The good ones range from $300 up to $1,000! Buying a used stroller makes complete sense. Not to mention children's toys... How many times have you heard of a friend's kid that has a roomful of unused toys and baby books. Consignment is the way to go. Trust me, your child will not care whether it's brand new or not... it's new to him/her!

- consigned maternity clothing. Outgrowing things fast also apply to this category! I hated having to buy expensive maternity jeans, dresses and work clothes knowing I'd only wear them for a few months. I wish I would've known of this store when I was pregnant. You can find a cute outfit to wear to your baby shower and not feel guilty of spending so much money on something you'll most likely wear only once!


The cherry on top of it all: the customer service. If you're looking for an item that isn't currently at the store the owners keep a "wish list"... for example, you want to buy a jogger stroller, leave them your contact info and they will contact you as soon as they get one in.

When I was pregnant I visited many baby consignment stores. They all had a weird moldy/damp smell, were dark and dingy and the clothes were clearly worn (colors were washed out). I can honestly say that Haute Tots has a completely different feel... above all, it's a boutique, and even the used items are boutique quality. I visit this store often, as they constantly receive items to consign. Make this your favorite store too!!!!

Very friendly. Very clean and organzed. Loved the metal basket pull out drawers. Boutique items were too pricey for me, as well as the bows...some were $7 and for a baby...I thought it was too much. Easy to find in the plaza with ample parking.

Amazing store!!! Great selection of boutique and consignment items! Fabulous customized gifts, great for baby shower gifts! I can always find unique clothes and gifts here! Very friendly service. I live in Miami and shop here frequently!!!
