This bowling alley is no longer in operation and most of the bowlers have either quit or have gone to Krystal Lanes in neighboring Rocky Ford.
From what I gathered from the locals, this was a much higher scoring and better looking house than Krystal Lanes, but was not kept up to city standards. The approach and heads are at different elevations and there is a need for pest and mold control.
It is currently up for auction from the lender and hasn't been purchased in over a year. Personally, I would be interested if I could take the equipment and move it to a more visible place, such as on US-50 or near Otero Community College.
