Everything I have ordered here has been delicious and reasonably priced.
I have three pizza places I can't get enough of and this is by far one of them. Also, I have tried their wraps (chicken cesaer) and it was the best I think I've ever had. (Salads are great too!). Very rarely does a pizza place perfect sandwiches, salads, and soups but Harvard House of Pizza does!!!
Harvard house is the bomb! I used to get 2 slices and a coke there about every day after school when I was in elementary. Whenever i'm around there I always make a habit of stopping in and getting a slice for two reasons:
1- Their pizza is the aforementioned BOMB
2- after at least 5 years of not going there, I went in and the guy behind the counter remembered me from when I was like 12!
As far as pizza goes for me- Harvard House is number one.
Their fries- eh pretty good, not enough salt usually
Their subs are awesome- whatever sub rolls they use really make the sub- maybe piantedosi's (?)
Anyway, check out harvard house next time you're in the neighborhood or even if you're not! they deliver!

I love Harvard House of Pizza!! They are really friendly and have really good Greek style of pizza. Like most of the pizza places in Greater Boston this is owned by a Greek family. I usually prefer Italian style pizza but Harvard House is really good and not overly greasy. They also have really good subs. I started going here in 2000 when I moved back from Chicago and Nasser (the night Manager) is still there every night and knows my name. He is really nice as is the family that owns Harvard House.
I recommend the onion and pepper pizza. Big props for consisent pizza, good subs, good service and cleanlinees (I have been in the kitchen and back room and they are very clean).
This is a neighborhood sub shop.. I always get the same thing and its pretty good.. I get a vegetarian sub with cheese and tomato sauce.. The place is small, so, I usually get take out. They also have good onion rings. I'm not a big fan of their fries. My roommates usually get a steak and cheese sub which they seem to like as well. I once got their pizza, it was OK. Nothing to write home about..
Pretty good place for a quick bite to eat..
I was a vegetarian for 13 years and this place got me to eat bacon in my calzones!
Calzones = really really good
pizza = pretty bad (cardboard crust, bad sauce etc)
subs = really good (and the tuna wasn't all may, i was thick chunky tuna!)
this place also got me eating rice pudding, it's really good here!
The people who work here are from Greece, to they are crazy, but also super nice and treat you like family after your second visit!
oh, also this place is cheap. 3 1/2 stars!!!

In a city where it's very difficult to satisfy a craving for delivery pizza after 10 p.m., Harvard House of pizza delivers! (pun intended)
The man who delivered my pizza, Nassir from Pakistan (i called to get his name and compliment hiim), was a very affable fellow who apologized for not being able to find my door. i only regret that i brought down $18 (the pizza was $16). So he will be getting a little extra something by mail ; )
The pizza? To DIE for! extra cheese, extra sauce, spinach, garlic, nice and tasty, not too greasy ... just the way a pizza should be. and did i mention it was PIPING hot, like it just came out of the oven?
also a bonus for delivering to the cambridge line side of somerville. not many places (i.e. hi-fi, which is just down mass ave. from me in central square) do.
nothing bad to say about their pizza or their service. way to go, guys!
did i mention? open until midnight. unheard of in boston. call them now!

Dear God. The Mandy and Matty Sunday Lunch Brigade struck again. My hungry coworker and I had a hankering that could only be sated by calzones. We decided to hit up the Harvard House of Pizza to get some. For 8.50 we got a PIZZA BOX FULL OF CALZONE. Amazing. I am eating it now and I still can't believe it. It's enough to stretch for three meals. Crispy, light crust, minimal grease, nicely consistent cheeses. Free delivery. I can well my waist expanding already, but it's hard to say the nay-no to HHOP
Consistent, somewhat tasty Greek style pizza and acceptable cheese subs at reasonable prices. This is my go to for pizza delivery in Cambridge. The sauce is mild but flavorful. It's more than just tomato paste but it doesn't stand out as much as I'd like. The crust is crispy, light enough not to overpower a slice of cheese yet strong enough to support two or three toppings. The cheese dominates and it's good enough to get by but can't quite carry a whole pizza. So, unless I'm just getting a slice I throw some toppings on.
The toasted cheese sub is above average and the fries taste unremarkable, a lot like the Ore-Ida crinkle cuts you can find in your grocer's freezer.
The service is what really brings Harvard House up to four stars. The people are always pleasant.
My question for Harvard House: Why does the second pizza topping cost more than the first?
Really good pizza, good salads... solid neighborhood pizza joint.
pretty bad food, but good memories. i cannot tell you how many mozzarella sticks i have consumed from harvard house, i spent about a year of my life ordering take out here, but i also recall them having rice pudding. what pizza shop has rice pudding? no pizza shop does, except for this one. thus, i give them 4 stars, because rice pudding is great.
almost worth eating.
Nothing fantastic, but a good basic pizza joint.
