Harrah's Reno is like a cheap whore that you fall in love with and think that there's a chance that she likes you for more than your money.
On a road trip from Denver to SF, I got to stop here for a free night, it came in handy and I donated at least the amount of the room cost at the tables.
Reno is hurting. Harrah's needs to do more to attract people there...not sure what that is... -

I went to Reno for the Super Bowl and stayed at Harrahs. The room was decent and the bed was super comfortable. The front desk staff was nice. The casino is clean and busy. However, the slots are tight..I never heard or saw anyone win a slot jackpot after being there 2 days.............................................. ..........
*** Warning,,,,the Hash house is not good,,,pricey and plain food as well as slow as hell service...******Warning....the sports bar was a dissapointment...Bartenders were snooty and defensive......especially the filipino girl / Asian in the Red shirt...I will stay there again,I just won't eat or drink or play there......unless..... -

Casino #3 in week 3!!! Sadly, Reno is not as glamorous as Las Vegas. It is even hard to compare. We dropped by here since from our Cabin, it was only a 10 minute drive. Hence, we didn't lodge in this casino.
Surprisingly, this casino was nicer than I expected. I won $15 at this place!! The other two casinos I went to, i donated $$ to them.
Anyhow, overall, not too shabby if you want to get some "nightlife" and gamble. There was a small quasi-club in Harrah's, but not really. I walked passed it, and there was a bouncer and loud music playing. It looked more like a restaurant than a club to me because it was very transparent and you can look in and see everything. -

It's Reno, nothing fancy
stayed here over Christmas weekend. an average casino and hotel. the hotel elevators were a bit far from the registration desk. had a pretty nice meal at the Harrahs Steakhouse, however, avoid the noodle bar. table games generally have pretty low limits and cocktail waitresses are pretty frequent. the casino floor was an average size. one thing that stood out to me was the beer pong tables in front of the main floor bar area. too bad i was with family... =/
average place, decently cheap place to stay. -

The rooms were cheap- you get what you pay for. I went with my boyfriend, in celebration for his birthday, along with his friend. We had 2 separate rooms. At the front desk where we checked in, we expressed it was a birthday and if there were any specials. Currently there were none...which was fine....didn't hurt to ask.
We stayed up til 5 am gambling in their casino so we requested a late check out. We called at 11 and were denied- "company policy". Our friend, on the other hand, got a late check out AND a buffet voucher.
I went downstairs to speak with the manager. Samantha Coombs provided the worst customer service I ever experienced. I work in customer service at a high end shoe company and know what customer service is about. She said a few empty "sorry's" and did not want to find out why we were misinformed. I suggested a meeting so they can tell their clients the same thing and she said they did. Obviously they do not know how to handle anything because our friend got the late check out okay and I got the "no late check outs for anyone- company policy". My boyfriend and I handed over our rewards cards and said we will no longer support Harrah's and neither will our friends and families. She apologized for us having a bad experience and then handed my check out receipt.
If I could give this a 0 star rating I would. -

Very dissapointing.I was soooo excited to get a room here for only 29 bucks on priceline. But when I got there not only did they add fees to that they wanted a 100 dollar deposit! So they wanted 130 dollars+ for one night in a medioccre room! I said NO and went over to Circus Circus paid 30 bucks plus tax for a much nicer hotel and casino, no deposit! Circus Circus will get my business from now on.

Harrah's might be the best hotel/casino in Reno, but that's not really saying too much. We got a coupon for the buffet so we used it at night, but they started trying to get us to leave once it was closing down. The food is average of course, but hey, there's a lot of it! Reno is a bit run down and had a very sparse crowd when we were there, which makes me really wonder how long these casinos will continue to stick around. But if you have to come here I guess Harrah's is you best bet.

Can not beat the "Old School" style and atmosphere of the Steakhouse. Great for business lunches and Romantic dinners.

It's been a long time since my last visit to Reno... probably a couple of years. Harrah's used to be a pretty busy place (even though it is separated from the 3 connected casinos across the street - El Dorado, Silver Legacy, and Circus Circus). One of the main reasons for staying is because of the Total Rewards room rate that I got made it cheaper than all the other places. Also, no additional "resort fees" is a plus.
On this recent visit, Harrah's was not too busy at all. Which I suppose was a good thing. However, I did manage to trek over to El Dorado and noticed that it was much more busy over there. So, Harrah's definitely needs to step up it's game to attract more people.
Seems that the only thing they have is the beer pong and scantily dressed female dealers in the east side casino area at nights. But, that only seems to attract a bunch of college-aged males.
Rooms here are average. It was clean and ready upon arrival. Our room had 2 full sized beds (which seems a little small for couples to be sleeping in). There was also a mini-fridge that was left in the room, so that was nice not having to call for one. Only complaint is that the sink drain was a little slow. Otherwise, it was quiet and sufficient for our stay. -

Come here every year for a guy's golf outing.
Over the years, the service and accomodations have dwindled...blame the economy, I guess.
Dealers are feeling the pinch, too. Attitudes have turned hostile to energetic players such as myself.
Will update my post following our next outing! -

I have felt that the Harrah's Mgt team has given up on the property. While long lines of possable gamblers were waiting to dine at Hash House A Go Go, there was No invitation for the diners to stay and spend money in the property.
The once well publicized buffet was usually dark, and asking diners to go elseware.
Last night, my cousin and I were happy to dine at the buffet with the new 2 for 1 special. I am happy to say, there was rarely a vacant table, and a continuous line of hungry people waiting to dine.
The food? Fresh, friendly and well seasoned.
The staff? very hospitable.
Thank you Harrah's for remembering Reno, your birth city.
PS, the gaming floor was busy! -
Review from Tony C.
Even though I didn't stay here this trip, I'm quite sure it is the only place I will stay from now on while in Reno. Everything about this place seemed pro! My friend stayed there and although the rooms are on slightly smaller than you may find at Eldorado or Silver Legacy, they are still real nice for the price.
The casino floor is confusing between the two towers that straddle a street corner, but once you figure out that it's easier to go outside and cross the intersection rather than go up to go down all the time, you'll no longer need to ask directions. They seem to cater to a younger crowd with beer pong tables, and half naked ladies that deal poker and break into random acts of dance, but hey when in Reno right?
Looking forward to getting some offers from them in the future. -

When people ask me why I go to Reno instead of Las Vegas, or even Laughlin, on my trips to Nevada...OK, OK--I confess, nobody ever asks me that, but here's my answer anyway: free lodging.
Never mind the breathtaking scenery through the Sierra range; the carefree, relaxing comfort of riding the rails through snow drifts in the winter; the curiously laid-back vibe of a downtown on the ropes.
A lesser city's entrepreneurs might throw in the towel on the Gambling Mecca concept. But Reno must draw just enough conventions, tourists and locals to keep some hotels on their feet. Its future now hinges on perseverance, reminiscent of the movie "Rocky."
Alas, the balance sheet couldn't spare my perennial favorite, Fitzgerald's Casino & Hotel, from a 2008 KO. And although lodging come-ons from The Fitz weren't always for a free room, it was close, and sometimes a prime rib dinner was thrown in. Life was good.
While my travel partners from Walnut Creek have long opted to stay at Harrah's for its updated appearance and amenities, my image consultant and I now stay there gratis too, a painless transition.
If you ever check in, look in the elevator for the picture of Klaus, the executive chef of Carvings buffet. Odds are you'll see him in person, departing on the second floor, if you stay in the West Tower. He puts together a fine spread for practically chump change on weekdays.
And check out the Hairy Harrah's Hanging Dingleball Lamp in your West room. You might hallucinate its likeness after being felled by a haymaker. Fitzgerald's rooms never had a puncher's chance of living up to such elegance.Listed in: Silver State Sanctuary

I treated my boyfriend to a weekend in Reno this past weekend for his birthday, inviting some friends along as well. Since he had a players card we were able to get a room for $40 for the whole weekend! Yes, the whole weekend! We were in the East Tower, which is a short elevator ride to the casino floor and the street exit. We were even able to pick the floor, we choose the highest floor available, 22 :]!
The room was clean and I couldn't find anything wrong with it. We had a small closet for our clothing and a a fairly big bathroom, only thing I didn't like about it was you could hear when someone was inside of it. The bed was very comfortable for me, I don't like a very stiff bed.
There is a Starbucks on the 2nd floor!!! Also, not a great place for kids! I don't understand when parents bring their kids to a place that allows smoking and drinking almost 24 hours! Take them to Disneyland or somewhere more appropriate!
Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Harrah's Reno!Listed in: Reno: The Laid-Back Las Vegas

A very solid hotel and casino.
Since many of the hotels in Reno are less than spectacular, I was pleasantly surprised by the room's appearance and how well kept it was. The casino has a bit of musty smell in some of the areas but overall the prevailing scent of smoke overpowered any other odor.
Sign up for the Total Rewards Players Club. It is totally worth it. My room was dirt cheap. I was very happy to discover the free valet service.
I will stay here again. -
Review from Johnna B.
For a free room it's hard to complain. Eventually got an upgrade, but it was like pulling teeth to get it, unlike Harrahs South Lake Tahoe.
But the first room was so unfit that we almost considered paying for a
normal room, so beware of the comp. Parking is as breezy here as it is at all the casinos in this chain, unless you forget to tip (which is just bad, bad, bad-don't forget to tip! You're at a casino throwing your money around anyway, so throw some of it toward the help, it's the only thing that pays off)
But as usual I'm not here to enjoy the room and the view, I'm here for free drinks and entertainment. For those things alone this is worth four stars. But the games are cheaper and the drinks are faster next door at Cal Neva, so I can't say this is as good as it gets. Plus, their poker room is more like a ghost town.Listed in: Ick! South El Monte, CA
Got a great deal at 20 bucks a night. We stayed here from thursday thru sunday. It was my first time here and I must say that the room we got for 20 bucks a night was a steal. We got to stay in the newer tower. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff here was helpful and friendly. The pool wasnt all that. It was a big rectangular tub outside. Nothing exciting. The slots here were super tight. If you go to the bar downstairs, they have beerpong tables. For 10 bucks, you get a pitcher of beer, cups, a ping pong and the use of their regulation size beer pong table. They even have beer pong tournaments on friday and saturday nights.
For your tummy, they have a hash house, steak house, a teppan grill and a pretty good buffet.
I will definitely be back. -

3.5
I stayed here Friday night after learning my friend was arriving at the airport from Ireland fairly late in the day. I discovered that they now have pet-friendly rooms, so I decided to bring the dog too.
First of all, I was pissed to find out they wanted to charge me $10 for parking even though I had one of their casino cards AND a hotel reservation because of the Aces baseball game. Seriously? The room was a free comped one, and it was a pain in the butt to get my $10 cash back when we checked out the next morning at 6:30 am.
Secondly, it was nice that the pet-friendly room provided several dog bowls, poop bags, and a bag of organic dog treats. I signed a small bible of waiver forms upon check-in, and agreed to not leave my dog be alone in the room.
Apparently, no one else on the pet-friendly floor read or cared about the memo because we heard lots of dogs yipping and yapping all night long. One would start, and the hounds would start braying one room after another. It was pretty funny, actually. Then it would be quiet for a few minutes, and someone would get off the elevator, and the whole barking parade would start again.
Finally, it was really bizarre to walk through the entire casino with your dog. He kept sneezing because of the cigarette smoke. Finally, there only a miniscule little outdoor area where you can take your dog for a bathroom break. A bit annoying to ride four floors down every couple of hours for that reason.
So overall, okay, if you have no other choice, sure, use one of the pet-friendly rooms, but I probably won't any time soon.1 Previous Review: Show all »

Reno, NV
This review is just for the casino. As far as Reno casinos go, this one is pretty average. Its not the best (I prefer El Dorado and the Silver Legacy) but its certainly not the worst either. They have pretty much everything you could want in a casino (slots, poker room, table games, etc). I also like Harrah's because its got a good selection of dining options (a nice buffet with a great local's deal, Reno's best steakhouse, and Hash House A Go Go, which I personally enjoy a lot).

I stayed here with my wife and child about 2 years ago while in Reno visiting family...so i dont know if its changed alot but heres my review.
I always enjoy Harrahs, wheather i go to Las Vegas or Reno, i always stay at Harrahs. The hotel in both cities are nice and when i went to visit Reno for a week, i booked Harrahs without question. I checked the website about 4 months before traveling this past june and they had rooms in the older part of Harrahs (i think it was the EAST tower) for $55 bucks a night. Every review i read said book the WEST because i guess its the newer part and its closer to everything but i really didn't care much. I got there and they upgraded me to the WEST tower anyway, which was really cool. I couldn't complain.
I had a few small minor complaints but nothing to wet my pants over. So if you're thinking of staying here, and the price is reasonable....i say DO IT!! i would agree with all those people and say to get the newer tower rooms because they are closer and nicer but its not that big of a deal
My only complaint is not just with Harrahs but with Harrahs and every surrounding casino. We went with my 1 year old son and while we pushing him around the casinos in his stroller..we were eyed by every employee and security guard as if we were going to hold the place up. I know the casinos are 21 and overe but what the hell is a 1 year old in a stroller going to do? run up to the slots, put a coin in, pull the arm and hit the 3 million dollar jackpot? GIMME A BREAK!! it was ridicious how we were treated in Harrahs and the surrounding casinos pushing a goddamn stroller. We were told many times by many employees we had to leave with the baby. It actually ruined our trip there........assholes!! -

This is (in my humble opinion) the second best buffett in Reno but has the best desert section anywhere! Sorry i am an absolute sugar and chocolate addict so my opinions are slightly skewed when it comes to that. Anyway as i was saying the buffett here has a good selection of meats, pzzas, fish and even asian cuisine all of which are pretty good. The desert side though is to die for. I actually stayed in reno 2 days and damn I put on 5 pounds, YIKES!

Review from Caren L.
Stayed at the old wing, regular hotel rooms although you can tell it needs a facelift. The check-in process was easy and convenient from the valet area.
Called housekeeping and asked for blankets. That took a while, and then they sent us two sticky ones, with one of them ripped. Eww .... Even my little one refused to touch it. We called the next night and they somewhat redeemed themselves by sending two white comforters that looked clean and washed.
The pool is located in the newer West Tower. No frills pool, again could use a facelift. The cabanas are a nice touch. Would be interesting to see what they do with the mural area that is currently being set up.
Coffee in the rooms cost $4.00 a carafe (2 cups). Boo ..... although it saves you from having to go downstairs to the Starbucks on the 2nd floor where you spend the same amount of money anyway.
The casino area is spread throughout the the 2 towers. Feels a bit cramped even if it felt like a ghost town anyway on a regular day.
All in all, I guess this is one of the better places to stay in this area. -
Review from Jessica D.
San Ramon, CA
This review is for the hotel, casino and bar. I didn't try any of the restaurants. Let me see if I can break this up into chunks so it makes more sense. There are a lot of things to rate and I can't sum it all up in just one star rating.
Hotel rooms: 2 stars. Very outdated, you can tell it is old. Yes, they are definitely clean, but they don't even have flat screen tv's. That is when you know they haven't updated in a LONG time. Nothing is spectacular quality in the rooms at all. Comparable to a new Holiday Inn Express.
Casino: 2 stars. Just because I don't know much and didn't play in it. The only thing I noticed was that is was super small.
Hotel bar: 2.5 stars. Their drinks were solid but overpriced. Well I can't even say that in full confidence because all I had was a Corona and Patron shots. All you have to do is open the bottle. Service was good but a shot of Patron Silver was 20. I am all for spending money and not up tight but damn. That's just straight overpriced.
Hotel/Lobby/Casino cleanliness: 0 stars. Strictly downstairs near the bathrooms. It constantly smelled like sewage. My BF complained about it and they sprayed something to cover it up but it only lasted less than 24 hours. You know something is wrong when you can't get rid of the smell.
They give him free rooms, so we might be back but only for that. I would not choose to stay here over the other hotels in Reno. -
Review from Crystal A.
Las Vegas, NV
Ugh, I really hated staying here on a company trip a while back. The rooms were nice but the beds were uncomfortable, the TV had maybe 4 or 5 channels that actually had reception, and the restaurants available at the hotel were limited to a VERY EXPENSIVE Hash House a GO GO, quizinos, and a small eat spot- I found it funny that I had to go accross the street to a different Hotel Casino (Cal Neva) to eat breakfast/lunch/dinner at a reasonable price. The worst part is that they CHARGE $10 FOR GUESTS TO USE THE WI-FI! TOTAL RIP OFF.

Review from Daniel K.
Mountain View, CA
I haven't been here since I was a kid and decided to come here close to 20 years later.
From what everyone told me Reno is just completely disgusting now but I didn't get that feeling from our trip. Not wanting to be stuck in the casino all day the girlfriend and I decided we would spend part of a day on a hike. Since we were doing this we decided to book a pet stay room and bring the dog.
Checking in we had problems and the clerk said that they didn't have a 2 bed pet room set aside for us. I asked why and she said it was because I didn't put that there was going to be two people in the room (even though on my request it said 2 beds). I have no idea why someone would want two beds if there is only one person but whatever.....she also said that in my comments I didn't state that I was bringing a pet. Now why would someone book a pet room if they weren't bringing a pet? Very odd....
Eventually the clerk talked with the manager and put us in a regular room on the east tower and just had us put our dog in there. The rooms were a little dated but not too bad...one of my complaints is that the rooms had two double beds instead of queen sized beds. I might just be a little too spoiled with Vegas... The other issue is that the pet stay room is located on the east tower but the pet potty area is outside the west tower. This absolutely does not make sense. I had to carry my dog through the three casino areas just to take him out to do his business.
The girlfriend and I also decided to play in the nightly beer pong tournament which was fun and also worth the money. Entry in the tournament is 20 dollars but we ended up with two mini pitchers of beer (which cost 20 dollars even if you decide to play on their beer pong setup for fun). Also a big + is that they showed the UFC fights for free. I've never seen such a large establishment do that and it was a ton of fun watching a pay per view for free.
Besides the room issues I really didn't have a problem with much else. The casino met my expectations and the staff throughout the casino was nice. Since it's only an additional 15 minutes further out for me than going to Tahoe and significantly cheaper I'll probably be back. -
Review from Jenn L.
Harrah's gets 3.5 stars in my book. This is a no-frill hotel but it gets its job done: decent size rooms, a good amount of card tables, starbucks, centralized location, and cheap prices.
During snow season, we always stay at Harrah's when we visit north shore for boarding trips. Being a total rewards member, the price of a weekend stay is almost never over $50. In fact, it is often free.
Just make sure to overlook the mold on the walls in the bathroom and the smoky non-smoking rooms. I also wish they would provide separate shampoo and conditioner instead of that 2 in 1 crap. Nonetheless, I'm always decently satisfied with my stay and look forward to my next trip.
The dealers downstairs have a good sense of humor. Even when I'm losing, I find myself having a good time. Perhaps it's the great company or the never-ending drinks.
P.S. They have 5 dog kennels on site. There are no fees to use them and you have 24 hour visiting privileges. I heard that they are working towards being pet-friendly which means in the near future, your fuzzball will be able to sleep in the room with you! -

Horrible would never stay again for the price. Many other nicer hotels in the area. First they charge you 3 each for the water in your room, I didn't happen to notice the TINY paper that told you that till afterwards, but it was almost worth it because the tap water is disgusting. They charged me random fees on my card and the tv is so out dated, everything you want to watch you have to pay for and movies are 16.99 PLUS TAX! Room didn't appear to be very clean.

Champagne Buffet is the best you can get in Reno on Saturday morning. It is Cooks brand (extra dry) but tastes great. The food selection is great.
Harrah's also is the best place to be when they have concerts on weekends. Give's the place a great Rock and Roll feel. -
Review from Tiffany N.
Denver, CO
Harrah's is more like a 2.5 star resort if you're in the East Tower and a 3.5 star room in the West tower and probably a 3 star casino in general. But, I bump it to 4 stars for a few reasons.
1. They serve champagne to you in actual flutes and if you order while gambling it's free.
2. When Sir Nicholas and I were snowed in and couldn't leave town they gave us a free night's stay because of all the gambling we'd done.
3. Sir Nicholas won a fair bit of money at the craps tables here.
4. Zone 21 is supposed to be all hot ladies, but the night I gambled there they also had a guy dealing. Nice work on equal opportunity showcasing there.
The one major downer about the non-Zone 21 casino gambling is there is no music. It's actually kind of depressing to gamble in the quite so they should pipe some music in there and it would vastly improve the situation.Listed in: Carousing in Reno, NV

BEWARE of their parking lot, they have cameras but they are USELESS.
My side mirror got hit off my car here and Harrah's was totally useless. They sent a security officer out and he was like..yeah that sucks, call the police department.
Well of course they are closed on the weekends, so there was NOTHING I could do.
The room was okay, the toilet barely flushed and they wanted to charge for EVERYTHING, even small water bottles. They also charge a 50 dollar security deposit per night and don't tell you, then the money doesn't get refunded to your card for up to 3 weeks!
Sadly, this is probably one of the best hotels in Reno, besides Grand Sierra.
I would actually probably stay here again but make sure I valeted my car! -

I'm pretty easy going - with work I travel a ton. With that said, I got in to my room about 10pm to find that the room they gave me had not been cleaned which required a jaunt back down to the desk for new room keys. First night was good and then worked from my room the next day (walls are thin so you hear EVERYTHING in the hallway and in neighboring rooms). Then came Saturday night (and I had an early wake-up the next day for work). 9pm a concert with a crappy bad started and went until after 11pm. Not that many people were around it watching so I'm not sure the point but I will never stay here again if I need to sleep. Terrible planning by the hotel and the city of Reno.
Also - just an FYI - if you pay for internet it is only good for that one machine so if you have two people in your room or a computer and an ipad with you you have to pay $10.95/day/machine. Ridiculous.
With that said the Steakhouse in the hotel is pretty darn good. -
Review from Jules S.
If your fortunate enough to get one of their renovated rooms then your lucky. Bet your favorite number on the roulette wheel, who knows???
Ask for a suite similar to room 2557 at the east tower. It's one of the few suites that offer double queen beds. Otherwise, stay clear of the east tower. Take a west tower regular room. It's closer to the Reno sign "Biggest Little City InThe World" anyway. Only the suites in the east tower have been renovated.
Overall this is a decent hotel. It has an intimate showroom, a great steakhouse, and friendly employees. I've seen "The Wheel Of Fortune" jackpot won here once before too. A lucky hotel? I don't know but you can try. The prices for services and food here are reasonable enough that everything else is not too much of a gamble. -
Review from Alexa B.
Wow. The West Tower is fancy. I had heard a few years ago that it was the nicer tower to be in, and the reviews are correct on that. The Tahoe Harrah's has it beat, but only because they upgraded me to the spa suite when I was there in 2008 for work. Can't beat a giant private jacuzzi tub with a flat screen TV. Now that's livin'!
Definitely go for the higher floors, where you have a great view of the city. Right outside ours was the Reno sign!
The room's decor was really nice, with an Angela Adams modern (sort of 60's Hollywood) style. I felt like I was staying in a West Elm bedroom catalog. I would have taken pretty much any item in the room home and used it to decorate.
Now, I don't gamble but I did watch my companion play and I suggest that If you play Pai Gow, make sure you get Binky for your dealer. Watching the game, I noticed that a great dealer makes a huge difference. I'd figured you probably don't want to talk to the dealers, but I was wrong. The dealer either makes the game fun or miserable. It's really about the interaction. Why play slots and get your money taken when you can have it taken by a sweet older woman who tells you about her menagerie of animals and remembers your name all night. -

We really enjoyed our comped stay here. Place was packed! Was nice to come to the big city (we live in Tahoe), and have a weekend getaway ;)
We had a good view looking South, I imagine most rooms, once you get high enough, have good views.
Casino was hopping, especially where I was gambling most nights; which was by the beer-pong tournament area!
All the staff we encountered were nice and competent.
It is a bit tricky to navigate between the towers, but you get the hang of it fairly quick, and it makes for a massive resort. -

The Casino is a bit run down but Zone 21 Rocks because the Dealer Amber T. ROCKS!
She is super friendly and knows what she is doing... and she is by fare the hottest dealer in the pit. From now on I will only be dealing with her! Also when she dances, she totally rocks out... she gets way more into it then the other girls and with a lot less attitude! -

This place reeks of death in the form of cigarette smoke, old people with oxygen machines and even older people drooling over machines permanently imprinted with their butt prints and worn out with their tar stained fingers over the BET ALL spot. I've seen old women harass the poor poker game mechanic to work faster all the while complaining they could be missing out on their jackpot. What's even better are the people who don't seem to change their clothes and stay in the same spot.
But regardless of what opinion I have of their casino, their rooms reek of cigarette smoke, are cramped and offer hardly any ventilation. In addition, their check-in line is reminiscent of the security line at SFO and their personality mirrors TSA personnel. I can't understand how this place gets such a high rating. -

Harrahs's Harrah's Harrah's.
We had free rooms here can't really complain about it much.
But i was reading a couple of reviews on here talking about how the east room towers are better then the west room towers.
I booked a east tower, but ended up getting west tower.
Talked to the front desk they told me they were upgrading the west tower?
Soo umm why do you guys still have the east tower reservation still open online?? other then that everything was pretty good since the room was free for 3 nights.
