This place is great. First of all they offer Nia which is awesome. Michelles class on saturdays is also great! ! !
I mostly like the vinyasa classes because they are super challenging.
The studio is cute, very small but still cozy.
This is a great little studio that's in my neighborhood that I just adore. The class schedule is perfect. The variety of classes offered is great. Not only do they offer hatha, vinyasa and restorative but they have Nia classes as well. The workshops they offer are great too. I wish I had more time to go more often! They also offer a student discount. SIgn up for the mailing list to keep on top of all they have to offer.
I loved this place. The atmosphere was so relaxing and soothing. I felt the class was perfect, not too slow and not ADD-yoga like I have taken elsewhere. The depth and challenge of yoga doesn't come from "no pain no gain" it comes from yourself and what you are willing to work on. I have enjoyed 2 different classes and find it wonderful. They also have a class called NIA that I want to try. I like that they do lots of different things there.
The Restorative class on Thursdays is exactly what I need, when I need it. I'm a runner so I'm not always looking for a yoga class that kicks my butt, but rather helps to supplement my running. This class is a perfect fit for athletes from other sports. And Michelle does a great job of leading you through the poses.

Perhaps I was just that open and ready for a serious yogic experience, but Michelle's Vinyasa Flow… Read more »
I did the month unlimited a while back with this place because they are super close to my house. I don't really go there anymore though- i stick with the stuff back in cap hill. The only reason for this is that this place was too easy for me. I took several diff teachers/levels, and I just didn't feel that challenged there. However, the good thing is that this would be a fantastic place to bring a friend who is new to yoga. I also noticed alot of the other yogis were 40+ and had various aliments. The space is a little small, but sufficient. They do have a few unique things- They have lotts of weekend events, like singing bowl concerts and the like. When I was going, they also had a "restorative" yoga class, which is about 4 poses that you chill in for about 10-1 minutes each. That was interesting, kinda fun. Overall, a nice basic place for a beginner.
Harmony Yoga is fantastic! It has a very tranquil energy to it and the classes are fantastic! I'm a big fan of Lania's Hatha Yoga class. Lania is a very easygoing instructor who knows her stuff. My only complaint is that Harmony isn't closer to my house!
This is a really comfortable, down to earth studio... perfect for anyone - new to yoga or been practicing for years.
