I started going to Harlow Salon a few years ago when they were at their old location. I had been having trouble finding a salon in Nashville where I felt at home, when a friend recommended Eva Marie to me. I was more than pleased with Eva and Harlow. Harlow is an upscale salon with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Eva and Shana always have awesome suggestions when I'm out of new hair ideas and my hair always looks healthy and amazing when I leave. I recommend them to all my Nashville friends. They are friendly, talented and always accommodating for my tight schedule.
I have since moved across the country but I make it a point to make it back so Eva can do my hair as much as possible. -

Wow...I wish this was even a review of the bad haircut I got, but unfortunately it's worse.
I'm new to town and found Harlow on the web. Made an appointment with Katie. I was there on time. Nobody greeted me at the desk, but Katie acknowledged me from her chair and said she would be with me in a minute. 30 minutes later, the other person was still in her chair. No acknowledgement of my wait...no offer to get me some water....nothing. I finally walked out.
Meanwhile, some teen girls (who did not appear to be customers) were doing dance routines loudly in the front. Random and annoying!! The place was loud, the floor was dirty (not hair...I'm talking in the waiting area) and I can only say that my service experience was really bad. I can't rate the quality of the stylists, but I would never go back.
