This might sound odd but I'm not here for the Harley's, I'm a Buell rider. And being as such I have no other place that is factory trained to repair my cycle that is close to me. It's either Santa Monica or Glendale so Glendale wins, anywho they have a fantastic show room and lots of really cool cycles that most people wish they had( except me....my cycle KICKS ASS). My major complaint is the time it take to work on your cycle, close to 2 weeks and they haven't figured out whats going on with my ride. They did eventually fix the problem with no extra cost to me, but the time it took was a bit much. If you were to ask me if I would go back....YES they did great work, excellent service and keep me up to date on the progress/ or lack of my bike which is rare and comforting. I would recommend a visit on their Buell demo days.

Typical Harley Shop, Lots of Harleys all gorgeous and shiny adorn the floor, and all of Harley's Motor clothes around the place.
Come talk to the parts guys to work out how to get some pegs on your FXR or maybe a new Windshield for your road King.
Or if you're me, and you DON'T ride a Harley but wanna get some unique parts for your Metric Cruiser, you come here and check out what they have that might fit your bike. Some of the people that work here are really nice, and good, and will remember you. Some on the other hand will just be dicks to you, whether you ride or not.
All in all nothing special about this particular Harley shop.
its bigger than most, spanning two buildings, and can order or has just about everything you'd need.

I've been going to this dealer since I moved to Cali. 14 years ago. I have good and bad customer service here. But you want to know what,
walk into any motorcycle dealer Harley or other and you will find the same thing. It's just the business as a whole. I have been involved with the Love Ride for the past 5 years and everyone is there on a volunteer basis. I have had nothing but great experience with everyone I have worked with. So with that being said if you go to a Motorcycle dealer don't expect to be treated as if you were in a five star restaurant. But by all meens don't take abuse from anyone. If your not happy with your salesperson go to the next one. You might be surprised.
