This has to be the worst nail salon I have been to. The workers were rude. One worker left a customer waiting for a very long time inbetween mani and pedi. When she asked another worker where she went, all she did was start laughing and talking to another worker in another language. It was unbelievably rude and ridiculous that she didn't know that WE would know she is obviously laughing at clients. I also go my legs and eyebrow waxed and the waxing room was pretty gross. On top of that their floor is filthy too - my feet got pretty dirty from walking to spa seat to another chair to wait. I may as well throw in the fact that they have you walk barefoot and they do not give paper slippers. One last thing, when I paid for the services they didn't have change for a tip and made me feel awkward while every worker went through their purse to give me change for $10. Upon leaving, I felt totally grossed out. don't go there.

Update 03/28/07 - I walked by the other day and noticed that they have a big sign in the window looking for help so maybe the incompetent people got fired. It's still a filthy place though and I'm not going back.
