I broke my nail during work hours, so I decided to get a "quick" fix at the local nail salon in the mall.  Not only did it take about 30 minutes to get ONE nail done, but Kim the lady who fixed my nail did not do a good job AT ALL...even when I did point her mistakes out!  First, she cut the nail too short because she did not compare it to my other index finger, so she evened it out by adding more white powder to the tip.  Then she "forgot" to shape my nail square-round, like ALL of the rest of my nails are done.  She also forgot to put cuticle oil and have me wash my hands, which is quite crucial because of all the acrylic and sanding debris.  Then she painted the french tip and put a pink clear coat underneath to match the rest of my nails.  She must have been anxious or something because she immediately put a clear coat over everything and smudged the pink into my white tip, which I clearly told her about to only hear her say "only little" and did not proceed to fix it.  She just put some more clear coat over it.   Are you kidding me?!  I was OVER it by then.  I'm very picky and very much a perfectionist when it comes to my nails and will notice every little flaw.  After this horrible experience, I am definitely not coming here again.  Do not be fooled by the nice decor of this place.
