I'm on my second day of staying here, and I have got to say that this is by far one of the BEST hotels I can ever remember staying at. I arrived yesterday afternoon and the staff was very quick about getting me checked in so that I could get into my room and get unpacked. Throughout the evening I had random questions that the gentleman at the front desk was very able to answer and even if it was something he didn't know, he found it out. I've only been to Williamsport once before, and that was for work, so I never really knew anything about the area and what there was to do. Now, I'm wondering how I'll be able to do HALF of the things he recommended before I'll have to go home! Also, as other reviewers have stated, the cookies at the desk are something you HAVE to try. I recommend the oatmeal raisin.
The room is HUGE. I'm staying in the king bed suite and I have to say I'm VERY impressed by it. The bed is more comfortable than the one I have at home, the sheets are soft, and the pillows are perfect. Upon my arrival the room was spotless. For being a smoking room, there wasn't even a hint of that "old smoke" smell. This morning I had their free continental breakfast, where there was a variety of foods from omelettes to cereal to doughnuts to waffles. The coffee is superb and the food is fantastic. The only issue I've had so far is that this morning my TV would randomly shut off, so when I went downstairs to eat I let the front desk know. 10 minutes later when I returned to my room, the gentleman from maintenance was just finishing up with the repair. He was very friendly and explained exactly what he did to fix it and said that if I continued to have a problem to let him know and he would get it taken care of immediately. IF I had to say something negative about the room, it would be that the wallpaper could use some attention, as it is a little old and is starting to peel slightly. But honestly, I cannot honestly complain about anything in this hotel.
All in all, as previously stated, this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. I'll be more than likely traveling to the area often in the future, and I can guarantee that any time I need to stay in a hotel, it WILL be here. They have my business for sure, and they've earned it. I would without hesitation recommend this place to anyone and everyone. If you're coming to the area, make this your destination. My favorite hotel to stay in. We stay here at least four times a year. The staff is first class, the hotel itself is clean and well decorated.

They have nice bathrooms with many mirrors, nice for ladies who have to do their hair. The beds were queen size and comfortable. The breakfast was large with many options. At the front desk at night they had amazing chocolate chip cookies. A very nice hotel, also next to a Wegmans.

My family always stays here when they visit. The breakfast is great, rooms large and clean, easy to get to from the highway and right across the street from a huge supermarket so you can get things you might need while traveling. The staff is friendly and helpful. The area's visitor's center is on the same property as is a Perkins Restaurant. Downtown is walking distance.
