This is an average Hampton Inn, but a little older. The heating unit is loud, the tub faucet is a little quirky, but the staff has been very friendly and helpful. It is convenient to I-74 and shopping/restaurants. Parking is ample, right next to the casino.
The lobby has juice, coffee and fruit 24x7. Not a bad choice for business travel in the Peoria area.
A little tip, the exercise room (small, very small) has bottled water for the taking.

Hampton Inn has really done a good job of standardizing their hotels to give a good, predictable room for a good value. Since I'm Hilton Diamond, my room was fairly large - including a bar (unstocked) and bar stools. My one complaint was that there didn't seem to be wireless, and the plug for the internet was nowhere near the work table
Hampton Inn is such a great hotel for the price. The rooms here were as big, clean and nice as the Hamptons we have stayed at in Chicago. The downstairs lobby was nice, well-lit and clean. Hampton is just a consistently good experience. I would definitely stay here again. I'm not into casinos, but this one is a safe walk from Par-A-Dice River Casino.
