The only remotely close to negative about this hotel is they didn't have a washer or dryer. Other than that they had computers for guests, an extremely helpful staff, extremely comfortable beds, shuttle service (not good for early morning flights though), they were walking distance from Dadeland Mall and the Metrorail, had a nice breakfast and the best darn coffee. Oh yeah, I wasn't travelling with toothepaste for fear of another 9/11 style attack , but the hotel had free toothepaste and toiletries. Simply the best.
