Still free parking, which makes it better than the places in Anaheim/Garden Grove, *but*:
--wireless Internet in the rooms is so slow as often to be unusable. Management is apparently aware, but apparently can't figure out how to fix this. Remember the 100% Hampton guarantee, though. If enough people get their room rate refunded, maybe this will get fixed.
--free breakfast ok, but not as good as comparable places, including other Hamptons.
--air con/heat unit noisy with uneven temperature regulation.
--work desk positioned so the air con fan blasts on you as you sit at the desk
--towels not reachable from shower
--often something wrong with the elevators

I stayed here on a number of occasions, this was one of my hotels away from home back in 2007 where I logged nights here during the work week for a month or two and I stay here on weekend nights when I have to work in the area. The rooms are always clean, the service is always good, they use to know me by name back in the spring of 2007, they always have the room I request ready for me. They use to have a lot nicer breakfast, but the economy has really hurt the selection. Plenty of parking, always free internet and they will have cookies by the front desk at around 5-6pm but they go pretty quick. I always stay here instead of the courtyard down the street because of the free breakfast.
