I stayed in this hotel for a visit to the University of Maryland, Baltimore and it's perfectly situated at a mere 5 min walk to the Admissions Office.
The rooms are very nice since it's a brand new hotel and they offer plenty of towels and amenities. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are probably the softest that I've ever felt. There are ironing boards and irons in the rooms and a shoe cloth as well.
The staff is relatively friendly too. You can approach them for just about anything and they're happy to help you.
They offer free wi-fi internet throughout the hotel and will give you a PIN when you first check-in. You have free wired connection in your room, as well. If you don't have a laptop, there's a free business room on the main level with printers if you want to print your boarding passes or other documents that you need on your trip.
The food options are limited around the hotel, however, but it comes to a decision whether you want to be close to campus or whether you want to be close to the food.
The area around the hotel is also very safe.
My first complaint is the breakfast, which is terrible! Then again, the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant so this is probably to be expected. You'll be better off sticking to a bowl of cereal than eating their attempts at food.
My other complaint is the price. It can be rather expensive, but if you make a reservation as a friend of the University of Maryland, you'll get a slight discount. I chose this hotel primarily because the other (cheaper) hotels close to campus were full.

I stayed at this hotel for one night at the beinning of December. I was in town for the Monday Night Patriots Ravens football game. This hotel is very close to the stadium - at check they ask why you are there - if you tell them for the game they make you sign a form saying you will not party in your room. Ok. So everything was just fine got pretty drunk at the game and dont really recall much. Well, the following morning attempted to call valet to have my car brought up - no answer - great. So, I manage to fit my pounding head into the elevator to check out and retrieve my car for the 5 hour ride home - what was I thinking. So, there are plenty of valet employees standing around when we get down there - I had over my ticket to one guy - he opens the cabinet that holds the keys and the following conversation takes palce
VALET "Yo, your keys aint here"
ME "Excuse Me?
VALET "Heres your ticket back. I dont know what to tell you"
ME "Are you EFFEN kidding me?"
VALET "Sorry"
Mind you I have this car for about 10 days at this point. So, at this point another valet comes over and takes the ticket and begins to look for the keys. I end up pointing out my own keys hanging in the cabinet. So, I assume they drama is over - oh no.
Valet #1 takes the keys and says he will be back in 10 minutes - this hotel doesnt have its own garage and the park in a few different garages in the area. Ok Dude just please get my car I am starting to sweat out the booze from the night before.
Valet #1 returns with the keys. "yo, your car aint there"
and he hands me the keys. I am about to freak out when Valet #2 appears again and says he will find it.
Valet #2 returns with the keys - no car
Valet #3 steps in - in attempt to avert my nuclear meltdown and after another 30 minutes he finally finds my car.
This process took over an hour...
