Good location its central . In this day and age you cant have enough security, the hotel keeps its doors locked to the public you can only enter if your a guest and have a key. The hall was flooded so that kind of didnt make our stay as enjoyable as it should have been because when we entered our room our shoes were all wet making the floor wet as well.

I enjoyed my stay here. It's a more utilitarian hotel, so not many frills like an extra floor fan in the room. The ac felt cold enough and I was able to sleep with the temperature in September, which was in the 80's during the day and 60's at night. The staff was really friendly and accommodating with any questions I had. It was easy to use the Hilton Honors app, including connecting my Lyft account. The bed and pillows were soft enough to be comfy. The bed did squeak when I rolled in it, but it was ok for my sleep. I enjoyed the hot breakfast that was cooked and stocked well. I grabbed an apple and took it home and it was delicious! Better than the apples here in Las Vegas!

Hilton is my first choice of hotels but this location is in BAD SHAPE and I would not recommend this to anyone. Very disappointed. My wife where in town for business. The NEW motorized blinds would not work so our room was dark the entire stay. I had asked the Guest Service Manager to visit our room and she said No Thank you! the HVAC system not working properly, and I was told due to the WIFI being upgraded. For the $$$$ we paid

This place is garbage. Reserved a room with two queens because we have 3 kids. They check us in to a room with only 1 king bed!!! Said nothing. Let us move our luggage & kids to the room to find it was a room with only one bed. Called downstairs to see if this was a mistake - it must have been we thought. The front desk said it was because that is all they had left. We explained that we have 5 of us and that this will not work. The offered to take the $30 for parking off our bill which does not address the 1 bed issue. We asked if they have 2 a joining rooms - nope. No solution & no apology. We asked if there was another Hilton hotel that might be able to help and they shared we could call who ever we want. I would never stay here!!! Hire better people. Do better.

Luckily we found a much better hotel in mid-town with Marriott. Hilton is terrible.

Absolutely disgusted with the service and quality of our stay. To start off, the booking website had to cancel the reservation and instead of calling is to let us know, the hotel waited until we arrived to tell us we needed to rebook. The cost ended up being $100 more expensive- which is fine except for the fact that we had to wait 20 minutes at the front desk before anyone even acknowledged us. I suffer from severe PTSD and neuropathy, when given our room it was supposed to have handicap accessibility- the room given to us was on the 8th floor/ top floor, and when arriving at the room after our 6 hour drive- not to mention I am 9 months pregnant- there was a stranger lounged out on the bed! The room was clearly being occupied which triggered my disability as well as distress to my growing baby. Which then we had to go back all the way down to the lobby and wait another 30 minutes for a new room. No apology was give just "what room I gave you?" Very unprofessional. This new room also did not have accommodations and was on the top floor. When arriving at the room the carpet was soaked in liquid, probably water- there were exposed wiring and a horrible stain on the furniture.
One of the worst experiences which a city hotel I have been witness too.

Exposed wires next to wet floor
      Huge stain on furniture

Stayed here for a business trip with several co-workers for a week and by the third day there was no hot water to take a shower. The day before you had to run the water for 10 minutes just to warm it up. Toilet paper was a scarcity and had to be retrieved from the back storage room after much searching by employees. While the staff was pleasant, the hotel management needs to make sure they are maintaining their facilities at a better rate.

First time in Atlanta and at this hotel.
      Nice hotel !
It appears that this is an older hotel which had been upgraded, nice job.
      Very nice, clean room, quiet.
I can't say anything really bad about this establishment.
But, some things did occur that rubbed me wrong or that concerned me.
      1. Lots of homeless people and panhandlers around hotel, be warned.
      2. We were charged $100 for "incidentals", $25 to park.
      3. Front desk clerk, don't remember his name, not the most friendliest guy.
      4. It was not noted there was a fridge and microwave in room, could have saved some bucks not eating in restaurant.
Free breakfast which was very good !
Overall we were satisfied for the 1 night.
If we return we will most likely stay at this hotel again, price is right !
      Sorry, did not take pictures.

This place is absolutely terrible. Walls were paper thin, we were awoken to screaming children at 6am until they left at 10. It was so loud we thought the kids were in our actual room. The evening before, there were people coming and going all night long keeping us up. Parking lot was full when we arrived.
Decor was lackluster. Room was dingy and not particularly clean.

If you love dumps, check this place out. I can't believe how much money we spent to stay here. Unbelievable.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at ,terrible service, I was here for the IPPE, the hotel is some what close, I expected a good hotel under the Hilton Brand. You will be very disappointed with every aspect of this hotel. If you every come for the IPPE show , strongly recommend to stay somewhere else.
