This review is really for the Aspen Whitewater Rafting, which operates out of Hamilton Sports...

I went on a whitewater rafting excursion with them and had a blast! They take you for a half day to a river nearby, provide equipment (including wetsuits and booties), and in no time you're on the water having fun. As far as I can tell, they're pretty good about safety: they gave us a pretty detailed safety briefing before we left, and the guys really seemed to be knowledgeable on the water. Remember to bring sunscreen. About $80 per person.

Hamilton Sports is easily the best ski rental in Aspen.  We wish that all ski rental businesses were as friendly, organized, high quailty, and reasonably priced as Hamilton Sports.

Hamilton is conveniently located on 520 E Durant, across the street from the Gondola.

With a three day advance online registration Hamilton's rates are about the lowest in Aspen.  Our demo skis were excellent K2 models new to this season and all of the gear was in excellent condition.

And did we mention that the staff are ever so friendly, remember your name when you return, and even say hello when they encounter you around town?

Don't agonize about where to rent your skis in Aspen, go directly to Hamilton Sports!
