They had a sign for a $13.99 oil change. Of course it turns out that is just for the oil. Filter, taxes, etc comes to a total of $24. I to a next door buisness for 2 minutes. When I returned I was met by a yelling man that they are not a parking lot and I shouldn't have left my car. There was another man yelling from the garage, I believe profanities. From this experience I would not trust them with my car. They also sell firestone tires, wonder they know how they are treating their customers
Took my vehicle in to have some work done and told them the issues my car was having. They called and let me know the repairs and the cost to fix my car. I picked up the car and called them immediately to let me know the car had not been fixed. They told me not to worry, to drive the car for a little while, and if the problems continued to bring the car back in and they would repair it. I took the car back with the receipt which they had said would be my warranty and they quoted me a new price to fix my car. I reminded them they said they would take care of me, and they said this was a new issue. I took my car home without having it fixed and they called me back the next morning saying they found a cheaper part and I would be able to save $70. I took my car to another shop, and was shocked to discover the issue was still not what Halls thought it was and what they were telling me needed to be fixed. I will not be returning to this business because their word is no good, and neither is their service. You can not be certain your car will get fixed.
