I have been coming here since 1997. Wow 10yrs! How fast they have gone! I was introduced to Hairline by my brother who knows the owner and hair stylist, Betty. She is one cool cat!
They do it all at Hairline, it is a unisex hair salon. You must call and make an appointment because everyday is a busy day (but walk in is welcome) Especially when prom comes around or their is a Quinceniera in South City. Everyone is here to get there hair done. Weekends are always full so call in advanced. During the week you get the old folks who come in for their stylish 1950-60's hair due. This can be a bore, I find myself nodding off. There are lots of elderly retirement homes in the area so they come in and start chatting it up and get those 30-60min hair due's. But besides that Betty is fast to the draw and takes no more than 15min per person (if your a guy). Prices are moderate and service is great.
As long as this place is open or Betty is not on vacation (which is very seldom), and I still have hair. I will be back.
