Jimmy and Hanh (fairly certain it's spelled right) do a great job.
The few times Jimmy's done it, he was very fast, liked to talk, does good shampoo job---but he's too fast to me. I would just tell him to slow down the next time but since that time (which was 1-2 years ago), I've been seeing Hanh. Why? 1) She's slower and more thoroough, detailed, gentle. 2) Nice having a cute viet lady cut my hair. & 3) Does a very good (and perhaps longer than average) shampoo (love the head massage with it!). In earlier visits, she's made some mistakes (and it could be me not being specific, speaking up) but nowadays it seems she remembers what I like. I've been a monthly regular for about 2+ years now. And it's pretty nice for a suburban non-chain(?) place. And I got my 2nd discount card (3rd: free shamp, 6th: free shamp, 10th free cut).
Hanh: "daren you look so good [so young]!" (or many other variation of that).
Oh, and atleast on Saturdays, they seem to remember many of their regulars.
