Splendid! Would be the word I would use if I had to describe my hair cut and experience at Hair and Jeffery inc. Jeffery is very charismatic, genuine and clearly loves what he does.
I have been going to Jeffery for about 10 months and completely trust him. From cuts to up dos he's the man.
Therefore if you are looking for a hair stylist who has a clear vision, will take their time and will leave you feeling gorgeous, I highly recommend Hair and Jeffery Inc.
Enough is enough! Jeffrey has posted countless nasty messages to my message box. He has responded to my decent review both nasty and not as nasty several times. Each time the post stays a few days before what looks like ADD kicks in and it's pulled and/or changed. I have saved most of the changes on my hard drive. I finally had to update this.
Jeffrey is apparently upset that he has one 4 star review among raving 5 stars. I have seen the amount of reviews on his company change on a daily basis. I question the validity of some of the remaining.
I was a one time client of his and don't appreciate being called a liar and Yelp abuser. Jeffrey really needs to take a class on customer relations or possibly some self help would be beneficial. He should have better things to do with his time than to harass past customers who otherwise would have returned to his business. Remember the old saying "Don't burn your bridges"? Well, he has.
I would caution any others who might write a review.....be prepared if he is not completely happy with it.
I don't have time for these games!
Word to the unwise......Grow up and take some life lessons.

I rarely go back to any salon twice. I will definitely go back to Jeffery.
My thick, curly hair can be a challenge for some stylists, but Jeffery knew exactly what to do with it. He also took the time to talk to me about my personal style and what I wanted before doing anything. Because it's his own shop, he is totally focused on you and what you need for the entire appointment. He's friendly and funny, and he just made me feel good about being there.
Prices are definitely reasonable, especially considering the quality of attention and cut is so outstanding. The best part - I walked out with an awesome haircut that looks absolutely wonderful. I love it.
So thanks to a long string of bad hair events and my love of Yelp I found Hair and Jeffery!
Today was my third visit and I am so happy with my hair. Jeffery has helped bring my hair back to normal after a previous stylist made the mistake of taking 10 inches off my hair with thinning sheers! And those of you with thick and naturally curly hair know that you do not take thinning sheers to it! I now have my healthy hair back with great color! Woo hoo!
Also he has the best collection of music playing and is very easy to talk to. You kinda feel like you have known him forever!
Thank you Jeffery, for giving me a great cut after that hoebag at Salon Which Shall Not Be Named cut my bangs incorrectly while talking on her cell phone.
Jeffery is laid back, nice, professional, and fun at the same time. Prices are good, and he has a 10-cut/color punch card which will earn you a freebie.
Easy to find, empty parking lot, and great hair. Doesn't get better than this!
Hair and Jeffery. I came in skeptical about what i was getting into but left feeling like a princess on the cover of a magazine.
What you won't get: Big screen tv's, free energy drinks, tatoos, strobe lights, lavendar eucalyptus scented bs, zohan quickies in the back room, girls in hooters shorts, or steel magnolias gossip.
What you will get: An artist who knows hair. Jeffery is like Michelangelo: painter, sculptor, architect, poet, engineer, creator... and like the ninja turtle, Jeffery has a magnetic personality. Several times we were laughing so hard my eyes watered.
The time, detail and talent put into my hair will definately make me a repeat client.
I saw the terrific reviews on here about Hair and Jeffery, and since I needed a hair cut and color pretty badly, I decided to give him a try.
I called on Sunday and was able to get an appointment just a couple days later on Tuesday afternoon. So far, so good!
When I first sat in his chair, I wasn't quite sure what I wanted for a cut and color, but Jeffery took the time to give me a thorough consultation before starting.
During the color and cut process, he was absolutely hilarious and kept me entertained the entire time. I have never had so many laughs while getting my hair done!
The finished product was absolutely AMAZING! The color was shiny and the cut was brilliant! I think it's the best hair cut I've ever had! I will never have anyone else touch my hair as long as Jeffery is still cutting hair in Tacoma. Not to mention, he is incredibly affordable.
Bottom line: Best cut and color in Tacoma. Best value for the money & Jeffery is the coolest, raddest dude ever!!
If you are looking for an amazing artist for your tresses, Jefferey is your man. Oh, how I love Jefferey! His talent and creativity outshines the work of others at upscale salons, and for a fraction of the cost.
Not only is he oozing with talent, he's a blast to be around. Those of you who have sat in the chair for hours, with your hair wrapped in foil waiting for the color to process, understand how easy it is to get bored in a salon. Typically, you are handed a magazine filled with glossy advertisements and anorexic models; slowly your eyes glaze over while you browse through random things you don't need and probably can't afford. Instead, Jefferey goes the extra mile to entertain with hilarious stories, conversation and music from his own collection of mp3s.
If you're in the Tacoma area and need a haircut, a new colorist or just want to try something different, I highly recommend you give Hair and Jefferey, Inc. a go. You'll thank me later.
I love going to Hair and Jeffery. A very nice man and he can handle curly hair.
How is it possible that I'm the first guy to rate this? Jeffery is awesome at cutting men's hair. He listens to everything you have to say in regards to your desired haircut, then kindly tells you what's wrong with your vision and cuts your hair waaaay better than you were hoping for. A stud. Go now.
