The concert was disappointing- NOT because Hacken didn't live up to expectations...but possibly the people running the show likely did NOT do a sound check before the show? We were sitting upstairs and the sound was terrible. Every time Hacken tried to venture out to the corner of the stage, there would be horrible echos, static sounds come out of his mic. (Now this sort of thing did NOT happen at Grasshopper!)
